Nous sommes sous garantie, mais le propriétaire laisse traîner notre dossier... cela fait 3 semaines que nous attendons... promesse d'installation non tenue... nous attendons toujours. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout cette entreprise.

Finalement, ils m'ont facturé 400$ pour changer le sensor et pour se faire pardonner de tous les désagréments, ils m'ont proposé un rabais de 15$, soit moins de 4% Je vous recommande de faire affaire avec n'importe qui d'autre !!!!

Après que le technicien soit venu, la panneau Led a été mal rebranché et ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai dû faire plusieurs suivi pour finalement que ça soit régler 4 mois plus tard. La dame de la comptabilité me propose d'obtenir un crédit pour le service déficient mais après réflexion, son supérieur revient sur la décision et je reçois la facture par la poste sans même un appel pour expliquer la décision. Je ne recommande pas cet entreprise.
