Not only did David arrive exactly when he said he would, he was very patient explaining how each of the units he installed worked. He did a very neat job and left everything neat and tidy! I am extremely impressed and highly recommend him to anyone considering any heating products. In fact I recommended him to my mother who is equally happy! Heres why: -It is clear Dave is in this for the long run and has his clients interests at heart. This man is passionate about about his work and his clients satisfaction. --Dave educated us thoroughly on our options including mini split heat pumps, providing thoughtful feed back to our questions, of which we had many. - It was clear that he valued our business but there was never any pressure. He encouraged us to take time in our decisions. -He took the time to do the job properly and explained the importance of each step along the way as it related to the long term operation of our mini splits. -He was meticulous. It was obvious he could have worked faster to speed up the job.
