Went there today Jan 4th 9:35am, this time I only needed a few resistors. There was one guy in the lab, standing around and he told me "I am too busy to go upstairs to get small stuff". I left with my tail between my legs. Shame, because the guys in the back are usually a lot of fun and very helpful. Guess where I'm not going when I need some big stuff.

not happy with the answering service they use when they dont answer the phone at the store. I asked to just put me through to sales and they did and there was no answer so i asked just put me through to any department just need to talk to someone there and she says there not answering so you have to call back later and then friggen hung up on me and was rude about it. Because of that I will go somewhere else to by my new cell phone.
