Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was a good selection of several types of flooring and area rugs. I checked pricing at other places for similar flooring and found it to be either comparable or better. I especially like that I never felt rushed and all my questions were fully answered and they were answered honestly and correctly including many questions I had on installing the flooring.

Took 3 months and 3 attempts to get right because in to much of hurry and didn't prep sub floor. Had to walk over floor that's coming apart for three months because didn't level sub floor. Would not recommend. Re post 16/ 11 2018 ripping floor out already as I can do better myself. I feel sick that let them get away with being so incredibly incompetent. RUN AWAY.
