A great experience from start to finish. they left the work areas very neat and tidy after they were finished. Service was very friendly and personal. we have a 110 year old home with central air, however there is only one duct up on the 2nd floor which is not efficient so we had a split ac system installed which is wonderful. it makes a huge difference, we are so happy with the results.

Great you guys wanna get to jobs fast but how about talking to your driver that cut up on the curb to turn right on a "no right on red" and cut into traffic? The light specifically says no right on red... It was red while he pulled up, it was red while he went through - not a close red. Fairview off the highway at 10:40 heading towards the mall direction. I get it.. you're probably flat rat but dude, kids are around there... Slow down, obey the traffic signs, stay off the curb...

This company practices unsafe driving. One of their drivers today- in blizzard like conditions- tailgating and speeding ... put us all at risk that was on the highway with him. When I called to report it to the company, the manager hung up on me ( he says because I was upset) I’m sure if his wife had just experienced what I had, she would be upset to. But he didn’t care and when i called back... he said as mush. If they don’t care about how their drivers are on the road, they don’t care about other things too... don’t use them- I know I never will.
