Good service, but non-responsive to customer concerns regarding effective trouble-shooting. The same problem was attended twice by this service, but not effectively resolved the first time, causing additional complications on the second service call. The receptionist is friendly and tries her best.

My water heater blew out the bottom on New Year's weekend. I contacted Therm-All (based on a recommendation) that Sunday, and my heater was replaced the following day (Monday) by 10am! They were fantastic! They were responsive, answering the phone and all my emails even though it was a holiday weekend. They offered a fantastic price and mobilized the install the very next day. They were professional, courteous, fast and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be using them again. I was thinking about replacing furnace/AC this spring, and now I know where to go!

This company comes highly recommended by my wife and I. From Start to Finish they were very personable, professional, clean and workable. Andrew Whitlock was our point of contact and could npt have been easier to work with. He stood true to his word and wanted our business and to get us the correct solution to our need. Jeff Hawkins looked after the install and was simple and professional. His crew turned up on the scheduled day and to encompass a good customer experience both him and Andrew came by to make sure the job was going well. Ryan and Joel were the install technicians and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They were both very conscientious, professional and wanted to give us a quality install. No fuss no mess! I have worked with many contractors and have been a contractor myself. They are fair priced and want to do the best for their customer. My garage furnace stopped working after only 15 months. We called and they sent a technician who identified the gas valve as faulty. To get us through the weekend he suggested we "whack it with a hammer"..this didn't work at all (that little "life hack" nugget cost us $150). The next technician a few days later replaced the valve and it works fine. My disappointment is that the parts are covered by warranty which in this case means we get a "free replacement" of a $50 part...but ended up paying almost $600!! Adding insult to injury, there is a $75 warranty work fee. This repair should never have been necessary after such a short amount of time (one season)..and the price was beyond ridiculous.

When my A/C started to fail at the beginning of July, I attempted to reach out to several HVAC specialists. It was difficult to get someone who would come look at the unit while I was away at work. After the first company cancelled my appointment a half hour afterthe expected start time, I called Therm-All. They were willing/able to squeeze me in on the weekend, however on arrival, their tech showed up and confirmed what I already knew about the system (a refrigerant leak) and then said their sales team would be in contact to discuss a quote. (This tech also did not have their credit/debit working at the time and expected me to have cash on me in the middle of a pandemic.) So after the tech assured me I would receive a call to discuss the repairs early the next week, I assumed I would get one. By the time Friday rolled around, i called them myself and was told they didn't have all the info they needed (shocking giving they never contacted me) and that I could for a callback the next week or have the questions sent via email. To no surprise, I never received either the next week. At which point I started calling around again and eventually got it fixed. I eventually received a call about three weeks after that first interaction asking to talk as if I hadn't been waiting for that already. Now, over a month later from my first interaction, I receive the invoice and somehow, their invoicing department thinks it's acceptable to email an invoice that had the pay-by date the EXACT same as the day the invoice was created. I would like to commend their residential manager Jeff for attempting to smooth out the issues caused, because to his knowledge, his sales rep reported he attempted to reach me at least three times (I keep all my incoming call logs so I know for a fact that's a lie).

First-rate experience all around. The sales rep helped me make an informed decision regarding what I needed for my home without upselling me. They were able to get the unit I needed and set a time for installation within 48 hours of my call ... during peak AC season. I was so impressed. On the installation day, every technician was polite and professional, taking time to explain what they were doing at each stage of the job. They showed respect to my family and to my home, cleaning up their entire mess and hauling away any surplus materials at the end of the job. On top of all that, they gave me the best price across all my quotes. I would definitely recommend Therm-All without reservation.

We had issues with our pool heater. Flames were coming out the side! Mike from Therm-all came in and started taking it apart. And just what he thought, a blocked tube. They are liars. Cut a header out that supports my floor joist and told my wife that it doesn't support anything and drilled up through my floor rather then down and miss judge location and I now have holes in the middle of my bedroom floors about 2 feet away from walls that were never repaired or even offered some kind of compensation. Took 3 weeks for install in 1100sqft house. Should have been a day and a half. So in my opinion this company is a bunch of snakes. Worst HVAC company.dont let them suck you in to using them there are many better companies with better prices

Called them early in the morning in need of a gas licensed technician to disconnect a gas dryer. They had a tech in our area at our house before 2pm the same day. He was here for <1hr, disconnected our gas dryer and capped the gas valve since we did not need that line to be active anymore. The tech was a pro, really nice guy to talk to, and explained everything he was doing. Had a great experience and would recommend them to other.

Sunday night as the sun set I realized my furnace was not working. Monday morning I called Therm-All to inspect/repair. Turned out I needed a new one. Getting HVAC installed in my home was a huge decision considering the cost is rather large - reasonably so. However, when I decided to get this system I called multiple places and decided to go with Therm-All because they were thorough and explained everything I needed to know perfectly. I was able to book a day within the week - even being offered the next - and the workers showed up on time, ready to get started. They were patient with my family who are not used to this entire thing or understand how it gets installed, so when we had to move some objects out of their way they were very considerate. I did a lot of communicating with Jeff who answered every question I had and accommodated me as much as possible. He and his team were wonderful to work with and I'm so happy I chose Therm-All because I'm unsure if I would have received the same great treatment somewhere else.
