One of the employees (white bearded male) pulled out on Hespeler road today, skidding his tires around 1:00 PM. It almost caused me to rear end him. The sound of his tires screeching is actually what made me slam my breaks on. I had my 2 year old and newborn in the car. AV12230 is his license plate. Maybe wait a few minutes for a proper traffic gap instead of injuring a young family. Thanks.

5 stars is not enough for Darrell and his crew at Deltar Construction Inc! From our quote through to project completion, Darrell was consistently professional, easy to communicate with and always eager to complete the job with the highest standard of quality. This is also to be said about the different trades that Darrell had involved - Plumbing, Electric, Tile, Paint, etc. We are so happy with how our bathroom space turned out and Darrell made sure it stayed within our budget. If you are trying to decide between Deltar and any other Construction company... call Darrell! You will not be disappointed! We can't wait to have them back to do more projects!!

I have experience with many contractors. Deltar completed our large renovation project on time and to a high standard, and they also undertook unexpected extra work (at no extra charge) when our hidden site conditions were worse than expected. Darrell at Deltar is notable for excellent record-keeping. We did have a couple of extras, but there were no disputes because we always knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost. If I had a similar project, I would call Darrell again and even wait until he was available. Highly recommended.

Deltar Construction is a company that can handle anything - and do it well. They completely transformed our dark ill functioning 100-year-old home into a comfortable and elegant space that we truly love. After hiring them to renovate our very scary attic we were so impressed that we continued on to hire them to reno our kitchen, bathroom, basement and build an awesome second story deck. Deltar removed load bearing walls to install an open concept kitchen, built a two-piece washroom that incorporated an old brick wall and antique door, added built-in custom closets and a beautiful walk-out deck that we constantly receive compliments on. In the attic they reframed the ceiling to minimize the multiple angles, added insulation, affordable a/c and heating, great lighting, and built a beautiful powder room. It increased the usable square footage of our home dramatically. It was important to us that the character of our century home remained intact while it was modernized for functionality and we were impressed by the company’s ability to handle everything from rough construction to custom finishing. The company’s owner, Darrell, is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to work with. And Issac, a carpenter talented beyond his years, has the ability to incorporate tailored solutions that suit both old and new spaces. All the trades that came in and out of our house were respectful and conscientious. We are so happy with our renovation and will be sure to use Deltar for any future projects.

We had Darrell and team finish our basement in August 2019. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the result. They were prompt, professional and very detail oriented. Deltar Construction completed a large kitchen renovation for us. We were delighted with the finished kitchen. They knocked down a wall to make a larger space, installed all flooring, drywall, tiling, plumbing, hvac,painting, electrical and even installed the kitchen cabinets for us. They kept to their schedule and we were updated daily on what and who to expect the following day. We recommend them 100% and will use them again for our next big project.

Kitchen Reno Once we had a few prices and deciding to work with Darrell and his crew, it was a great experience. He worked with us around a permit issue which delayed the planned start by a week. We had a daily check-in to understand that days’ tasks and any decisions or requirements for fixtures and fittings that he needed to keep to his schedule. The demo was done quickly and always cleaned up at the end of each day. He came up with good solutions to resolve some unexpected HVAC ducting in a wall. His sub contractors for electrical, wood flooring, tiling and painting were excellent and achieved a high standard of finish that complemented his own teams work. A few very minor issues at final inspection were rectified quickly and the worksite left very clean We would have no hesitation in using Deltar construction again for future projects
