From the first contact with Taylor I knew this was going to be good. She was friendly, took account of all my concerns, always got back to me asap. Taylor is professional, and caring. Thank you for being so professional and friendly. Your voice on the phone sets the tone for the customer and you had me at hello. Tom is the sales manager. Tom listens to what you want, he is honest, and allows you time to make your decision, without being pushy. We had a sun tunnel installed as well and they did an amazing job. I must admit, I was not sure about it, but Tom gave me time to rethink it and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend D'Angelo and Sons. Thank to ALL of the contractors who worked on our home. You all did an amazing.

They have a lot of expertise in roofing. My roof started leaking during the rain last summer & became a total disaster in the fall. Frankly speaking, I just chose these guys randomly, based on their reviews and overall appeal. The handymen fixed our roof in one day & we were never bothered again with any leaks.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom our sales rep from kitchener office . He was on time and very informative . He showed me the areas that needed to be dealt with in my attic, and was very pleasant. He pointed out what was necessary and what was not . I felt like i was in good hands . Its a good feeling to know you can trust a company that isnt going to add up the bill with work that isnt necessary. He assures us that i could upgrade but not required too at this moment . I look forward to getting my roof replaced with Dangelo and sons

I recently had an eavestrough installation done on our house by D'Angelo and Sons and right from my first phone call with Hayley I knew i was dealing with the right company. she was very professional and pleasant to talk to which i appreciated right away. For what we needed to have done i was able to just send a picture of what was required and she was able to email us a quote. They provided a full inspection report professionally documenting the defect's and resulting leaks needed for my legal action. Jamie and Carlos were extremely professional, fun and friendly with the Wife and kids. They followed all Safety Regulations for the Work (I'm an Inspector). They came recommended and I would highly recommend trusting them over any others in my local area.

Contacted D'Angelo Roofing for a 3rd quote, not really thinking seriously about hiring them. We met with Frank, he sat down and as we asked questions, we knew that they offered absolutely everything we wanted. He took a photo of our home, uploaded it to his computer and allowed us to adjust colour to our satisfaction. He looked after absolutely everything. Would also like to acknowledge, Jamie for her attentiveness to planning and arranging our work date, for arranging the roof to be patched while we waited on replacement. They came and did what they said they would on time and worked diligently to complete the job! Thank you to everyone involved! You operate a first class business, you place your customers first and held yourself to a work plan that was mutually acceptable. Made our tired little house, new again!

Unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and overpriced. It took 3 months and lots of back and forth miscommunication including a very unpleasant and condescending conversation with the owner to complete what should have been a simple job. Workmanship was finally corrected and completed to my satisfaction by a competent, experienced and ethical employee. A stressful and unsettling experience. As a single income female, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had three companies I was looking at getting quotes from , the other 2 only sent email quotes to me . Dangelo and sons went a step above , I felt that this appointment is necessary so that a proper inspection can be made prior to installation . He showed me a great product with a great warranty. He showed us our attic and inspected my roof for any mold or leaks . He pointed out what work was necessary and what was not . I felt like he was very honest and someone I could trust. I was sold on there amazing warranty of 25 years workmanship I have comfort in knowing that I will not need to pay for any labour costs throughout most of my shingle life . I look forward to seeing my new roof in the season to come !

My husband had been calling around for quotes for a full eavestrough replacement (we were looking at fascia, soffit and eaves) - the first few quotations back from other companies were via email and one company was for a completely unrelated job (roof not eaves). When the day finally came for our appointment with D'Angelo & Sons, we had the pleasure of dealing with Tom. It was comforting to have someone come and look at what the work would entail so we knew we would be getting into, to me this is necessary for an accurate quote. Tom was very informative and answered all our questions with finesse. The process was smooth and simple, to be honest, the most challenging part was deciding on colour (which again Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable). It was a bit more money than we expected, but in all fairness for this review, this was due to our lack of knowledge on the matter, no reflection upon them (Also, be noted we decided to add pot lights - because, they're just such a beautiful addition - and who knew you can get colour changing lights that dance to music and....ok ok, you get the point!!) Overall, our experience was positive and Tom brings such a positive, kind and professional attitude to the table - if his boss happens to stumble across this at any point; give this guy a raise ;) All kidding aside, if you're looking for a place, reach out to these guys, they won't disappoint. We don't have photos to add yet, but bet your bottom dollar I will so I can show all you fabulous people who have read my review his far our beautiful new eaves and dancing lights :)
