Mirand and his team were hard workers, starting and finishing the job right away. They completed a new roof installation on our home and garage, replacing some new roof plywood pieces, and properly installing bathroom ducts to our vents. Mirand is very responsive and patient, answering a million of my questions. I would use Reliant Contractors again for other home projects and definitely recommend their services.

Reliant Contractors built our basement, and when we sold the property later on, they also helped us fix some deficiencies on the roof, and sidings. First of all, my Wife and I are very detail oriented and like to pay close attention to details. We were both very grateful and impressed with their professionalism, attention to details, timing, and always making themselves available for any questions and concerns we had. Our basement was completed before their time commitment, and slightly under budget, with perfect finishes. We had several realtors coming to see the property and all of them had really good feedback on how well the basement was done, and it ended up being a selling feature! When we sold our home, we had to fix some deficiencies on the roof and siding in a very short time window, and although they were busy, they made time and came after hours to fix those deficiencies for us, so we could comply with the buyers condition. We highly recommend their services to all of our friends and family, as we are confident that they will do a great job. They will always be our first point of contact whenever we need a reliable and good contractor!

5 Stars! But...I believe he deserves 6! New laminate flooring put in the house. Talk about going the extra mile! WOW! Friendly, prompt, wants to make sure he's 100% correct at what he's doing or he will not do it. So, he's here to do the job right and efficiently. I can see he's honest and really puts himself into the job loving what he does. I'm also self employed, so that kind of enthusiasm is work ethic is a breath of fresh air! Our floors look fabulous!! He also helped clean up the floor and put furniture back. That's not his job but he did it anyways. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Last summer we planned to do some renovations in our kitchen. We contacted Reliant Contractors LTD and we are very satisfied with the job done. Mirand was always at the job site till project was done. He finished all work two days before deadline. At same time we asked him to install laminate in our living room which he did perfectly. As we were very satisfied with this company and their work we arranged them to develop our basement this spring. He works fast, properly and is very kind person.

Very reasonable competitive price compare to other companies I have contacted. Signed a contract with them then after about a week their crew come to my house to replace the roof. 3 days later the job is down clean, professional and hassle free. Very satisfied with the result.

I had a wonderful experience with General Exterior! They were responsive and scheduled a time that worked well for me. I loved that they confirmed the appointment through email. Mirand was exceptionally professional and kind. He could have been very condescending or dismissive of me (I was completely wrong about something I thought). But, instead, he was patient and talked through what could be the problem. He was right from the beginning, and he fixed the problem very quickly and well. I hope we don't have a lot more roofing problems, but I'll certainly call them right away if and when we do.

I do not trust this company and the owner. Reliant Contractors was until just very recently, General Exterior; confirmed in a telephone conversation with the owner Mirand. Advertisements for General Exterior stated that they would beat any competitor’s price. I requested a quote to have the roof on my home reshingled and Mirand, who told me he was the owner, responded. In his first text communication with me he stated that “we can give you 5% less than any other company”. Mirand attended my home and provided me with a verbal quote. I requested a written quote to which Mirand texted me “If you get a cheaper quote, we will beat it by 5%”. He refused to provide me with a written quote and in his text he stated “if you would like to go with us we can put all on paper and go ahead”. I obtained other quotes from reputable roofing companies and kept Mirand informed about them. In reviewing the quotes I made sure that I was comparing apples to apples; they all provided the same shingles, materials etc. Mirand’s verbal quote was one of the highest and his warranty was the shortest. I disregarded the lowest quote I had obtained, and the rest were fairly close to each other. When it came time for General Exterior / Mirand to beat the other quote, he refused to, he even refused to match it. His communication with me was unprofessional, disrespectful and argumentative.
