We dealt with Freddie he was easy to deal with, fast in replying to guestion and very friendly. They did excellent work not only top notch work but fast, usually fast and quality to go together but these guys pull it off exquisitely. My next door neighbor even commented on how friendly the crew was, I was very impressed that when they were gone you could not even tell they were here, no mess at all left behind. We had black shingles installed and they even painted my silver turbine black to match. I highly recommend them.

Inconsiderate of the children in the house, safety asked for them to please take down ladder as I do not live in the greatest of neighborhoods and had someone running around on my roof late at night and said its not there problem they where doing the siding of the home and didn't do it properly and then when confronted about it said they have been doing this for years and that we had no idea what we where talking about where very unprofessional and inconsiderate don't pick up after themselves and leave garbage where ever the please left nails and staples directly infront if my garage pad all around bad service do not use this company there are many other companies shop around

Our whole experience with Lincoln was positive. Once the insurance assessment was completed they were willing to schedule our job to fit conveniently with our pre-existing travel plans. Natanya, in the office, kept in touch with us and promptly scheduled our job when we were ready. The roofing crew were friendly, polite and happy to discuss any questions or concerns we might have. They were also hard working and fast. Our whole roof was stripped and reshingled in one ‘long’ day. Everything in our yard was neat and clean when they were done. A few days later a separate crew came to replace our eaves troughs and downspouts. They, too, were fast, friendly and efficient. They completed everything in about half a day. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of their work. We would highly recommend this company.

We used Lincoln for a complete Hardie board refacing of our house (with some cedar shake elements under the windows). From start to finish the company was very professional and delivered on all of their promises. We did hit one glitch in the project (unexpected asbestos in the original stucco siding), but Lincoln worked with us to get an excellent remediation quote (from a reputable remediation company) and then covered a portion of the remediation cost. Eric, the Hardie installer, is a true craftsman, and the house turned out beautifully.

We were just one of the thousands that were affected by the horrendous hail damage in June 2020 in Calgary, AB. From the very start with the insurance companies assistance, Lincoln Exterior Renovations was there for us. Their selections were fabulous and the office staff were very helpful and friendly. They remained in contact through the many months it took to complete the project. There was a shortage of materials due to all the storms and fires in North America so we had an unusually long wait for our siding to be done. During the delay, the staff kept us informed and were there for all our questions in a very timely manner. During the actual installation, the crew were very kind and cheerful. They even went out of their way to ensure I could park in my driveway every day when I returned from work. We first met Freddie at the Calgary Home & Garden show. We expressed some interest in re-siding our house. Shortly after Freddie gave us a very competitive quote to install Hardie board siding and replace all soffit, fascia and eaves-troughs and downspouts. They got started about the first of June and were all done in about 3 weeks including a significant amount of new stone work. Eric and his crew are Hardie board experts and are meticulous with the details. The worksite was left spotless every night when they left. There was no cleaning up after them. I would highly recommend Lincoln for their quality work and their professionalism.

Last year my house was hit with hail damage. I went with the option of having my insurance company arrange repairs. They referred me to Lincoln for the repairs. All the staff I dealt with at Lincoln were great! The guy who showed up to do the initial assessment answered all my questions and explained what would actually be replaced (something my insurance company would not do or answer any questions about). I ended up having my roof re-done, siding replaced on the garage and part of the house and gutters replaced. All three crews that came to work on my home not only did good work they left everything clean and tidy afterwords. They even improved my side gate and it now opens and closes way better than it did before! I will be recommending Lincoln to all my friends and family.

We had Lincoln as a contractor repair hail damage for us and we were very pleased with all the work theydid which included new eaves troughs, new cladding on our windows and exterior paint. All the work was done on time and the work crew was very efficient. Especially enjoyed dealing with Natanya Plett. Phone calls were returned immediately and work was done as promised. Later the same year we had some vandalism to our home where a large rock was thrown through the front window. We immediately contacted Lincoln to do the repair as we were very confident that once again we would get high quality workmanship and we did. Certainly would recommend them to friends and family. Had this company re-roof my house after a hailstorm several years ago, Intact Insurance recommended them. One evening I noticed the new shingles ect were delivered on my roof. I went up to ensure the correct color, & style shingles had been delivered. I noticed a dozen rolls of roofing felt, as well several rolls of ice&water shield. The crew showed up the next morning and began tearing off the old shingles, I drove home to ensure a couple very specific instructions were to be carried out. It was a crew of 8-10 guys, all but two were from Albania, only two people on the crew spoke English. When I got home at the end of the day, the roof was done. They had dropped several shingle scraps down two exhaust fan ducts, which had to be removed. Later I went onto the roof to find one ridge vent installed backward. Many exposed nail heads, hundreds of overdriven nails. I also noticed the ice&water shield had never been installed. They did send a guy back a few days later to correct the improperly installed ridge vent. I talked to a manager who called me to collect the insurance deductible, about the matter missing ice&water shield, as well as the overdriven nails, he then became extremely defensive. I explained I had been a roofer for several years before my current career of 23 years, and told him he was welcome to meet me to show him where the ice&water shield was not. We both agreed niether of us wanted to see my roof get shingled a second time, he said he'd get back to me. I did not hear back for months , assumed maybe they were willing to waive the deductible. Exactly 90 days from the first phone call , the same manager calls me demanding payment for the deductible, threatening to hire a collection agency. I told him we never came to an agreement about the ice&water shield. He said the ice&water shield was probably delivered for another job (delivered on my roof? For another job address?? I don't think so). I called Intact to see what they actually paid for. Turns out they didn't pay for ice &water shield, it was however up to Lincoln to add it to certain jobs if it is deemed necessary. I called him back, knowing I would get no further on the issue, told him to send me an invoice by mail for the deductible payment. He was insistent I pay with my credit card over the phone, or by debit in person. I told him three times to send-me-the-invoice-by-mail ... You see, he never sent me any paperwork after the first phone call, but thought he could scare me by saying my payment was 90 days overdue. I told him my deductible payment couldn't be 90 days overdue, because I had not yet recieved any official invoice/Bill for payment. Several days later I did recieve the invoice for the full amount of the deductible payment, I immediately wrote a cheque, and mailed it to Lincoln . I also post dated the cheque for 30 days from the date which the invoice was issued! Guess what? I know all about the 30 day, 60 day, 90 day game too ! Over the last several years I've had to repair several leaks in that new roof, also had big issues with ice damming in early 2018 which ruined my furnace! If the ice and water shield had been installed on my roof, instead of getting tossed in the garbage, I'd have a lot less to complain about.

Right from the beginning with the quote, to the installation to final clean-up, the service was excellent. The price was very competitive and Brandon was always available to address any questions or concerns that I had. Eric, the Hardie installer, was outstanding (thorough & meticulous). His crew worked hard, arrived every day, on-time and were always pleasant to deal with. They often went beyond...…...like helping me move a shed and installing some damaged fascia, items not part of the quoted work. The job was completed on time and was billed as quoted. The house looks great and I would highly recommend Lincoln as an exterior renovator to any homeowner.

We had hail damage to our roof and eavestroughs last August. We decided we wanted to wait until this spring to do our repairs. We watched our neighbours go ahead with their roof repairs in the fall and we were super impressed with the work that was being done on their house. We learned that they used Lincoln Exterior Renovations. So, in early spring we contacted Lincoln to look into doing our insurance covered repairs too. We were also looking into upgrading our exterior and we met with Brandon to talk about our options. He spent a lot of time with us explaining our various options. We were so confident in his knowledge as well as the company’s reputation that we chose them to not only do our insurance covered repairs but to also do our own exterior upgrades. Brandon went over the top to help us with our Hardie Board options and colour choices as well as the stone front layout. Natanya was so helpful to make sure all the paperwork was in order and kept us updated on the scheduling of the trades. Last, but certainly not least, Eric the Hardie Board installer was competent, hard working and very friendly. He not only installed the siding with perfection but he did a perfect job on the soffit and fascia updates we also had done. He is a true craftsman! Overall, I am so impressed with Lincoln. I would give my highest recommendation to anyone to use Lincoln!

EDIT: I would like to leave a 2.5 star review after speaking with one of the owner's about my review below. I expressed my concerns, he accepted blame and fault for the lack of communication and admitted that there was a lot of stuff not communicated to me or my wife. Everyone makes mistakes and he informed me that they are hoping to learn from this. I am not an aggressive client or a person that is rude in nature, and although I may be mild in nature things still do bother me. So I respect Freddie in admitting the wrong doing and following up with the request I had right away. They were the preferred contractor from our home insurance. They were quick to come out and state they could repair things in a 6 week time frame for siding and 8 weeks for the roof. This was mid to late August after the hail storm in Calgary last year. Every time a natural disaster happened, it pushed back the "raw material to make the finished product" I was told. Storms in Texas pushed it back, storms in Eastern Canada pushed it back. I ended up getting my roof done in mid January, 3 months after the expected time frame I was given. My siding went up in August, 1 year from when the hail actually happened. The team that did my siding was great, I have no questions about that. Just the way everything was handled after we agreed for them to repair our house. We were probably the last house in my block to have the siding completed. I had to follow up more than a few times to inquire about when it would be done. I was patient, but was not happy with the overall time frame that it took to do the work when I was given a 6-8 week time frame.

Lincoln Renovations was recommended to us by our insurance company following a hail storm which damaged our home. They did not disappoint. Freddie came to examine the damage to our home, explained all the work that they would be doing and gladly answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The installers arrived the day the shingles arrived and rang the bell to let me know that they would be the ones installing the shingles. Due to the time of day, they let me know that they would be back the next day and get started first thing in the morning. They were back early the next day to get started. They completed the house and the garage the same day. Before they left they made sure that the yard was cleaned up and no shingles/nails/wrap was left behind. They were very courteous, and when the job was done, they let me know they had finished. They also told me when I could expect the bin to be picked up. Which turned out to be earlier than expected. Lincoln Exteriors completed a major exterior renovation of our home, replacing all siding, rebuilding front pillars, replacing pergola, replacing some windows, replacing doors, replacing soffits and gutters, and adding stonework to the front of the house. We met with several contractors to discuss the project, and immediately felt comfortable from the moment we met Freddie. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk us through every aspect of the project in language that made sense to people who know very little about construction. Freddie presented options and alternatives available to us, and was very transparent about which parts of the project could pose issues once the construction started. The project team was hard-working and executed the project to perfection, and were even considerate of their noise levels when our little one was napping. Freddie checked in frequently throughout the project, and has kept in touch since completion to ensure there have been no issues with the renovations. The end result is beyond what we could have imagined - our older home has been given a beautiful facelift and we couldn't be happier. We front onto a park with a lot of foot traffic, and we frequently have strangers stop to compliment us on our home. Our area west of Airdrie was hit with hail and we were put in touch with Lincoln Exterior Renovation through an insurance claim due to hail damage. Freddie came out to estimate the roofing job on the house, garage and shop. He offered good advice and offered to show us our options at their showroom in Calgary and explained exactly what the process and what materials would be used. I took a quick trip to their office. It’s nice to see the materials that you pick. Ice water/shield and felt were first applied…something that was not done or offered with our reroofing job 15 yrs ago and caused some damage to the plywood at the eaves. The crew quickly replaced it and carried on. The old roofing job took forever and dragged on for weeks and we were left with a bit of a mess to clean up after. Not so with Lincoln, the crew were friendly, polite and happy to discuss any questions or concerns and made sure our dog stayed in our yard when they came and went. A good group of conscious hard workers who kept the job tidy as they went and they worked quickly and had the job done in two days. They cleaned up extremely well from the eaves troughs to the ground. The whole process from quote to completion happened so fast it was a bit shocking to us. We talked with Natanya in the office a few times and she is friendly and easy to deal with as were others at Lincoln that we talked to. So we are very pleased with results and recommend them to anyone. Congratulations on 40 years… there is a reason why.

Usually dealing with warranty issues is nothing short of a nightmare. Our siding had faded so bad that it could not be cleaned. We called Lincoln Builders who had the siding installed 5 years ago, and they came out to take a look. After taking samples they too agreed that something was wrong. They went to the manufacturer and did all the work to get this repaired. They fought for us and got our damaged siding replaced. Because it had faded they couldn't just patch the areas, they replaced it. No matter our concern, Lincoln Builders went to bat for us. Natanya was always pleasant and a joy to work with. The estimator showed up right on time and was polite and very thorough. He even made sure I was aware of some other deficiencies that the previous roofing company overlooked. (Roof was replaced due to hail in 2013) He explained what the crew would do and how they would address the fix. At that time he told me the office would be in touch to book a time for the repair. The repair was carried out on the date specified and the crew was on time and courteous. They left my yard spotless and you couldn’t tell it had been repaired. Perfect. Recently had to replace my roof and was worried that this would be a difficult experience. On the recommendation of a neighbour who had used Lincoln - we went with them and were not disappointed. Back office staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. Even better was the crew that showed up to do the work. Friendly and hard working (I couldn't even tell when they took lunch).
