I was referred to Erik and Epic contracting through my neighbor who closed his business and I was not disappointed. He took charge with the insurance claim and helped the adjuster realize the work was necessary. The finished project was to say the least, epic!! Thanks for taking a horrible drawn out claim from 6 months waiting to 2 weeks start to finish when Erik and Epic arrived on site. No complaints here, just the job completed quickly and with the highest of quality. Highly recommend Epic contracting, I’ll be calling them again for our next project. ????

EPIC Contracting did a large multi project job on our condominium (villa style) complex. Erik’s team painted my garage and exterior doors, replaced all exterior door handles and hinges, exterior lights, weatherstripping, etc. I had multiple tradesmen working the various elements. Without exception all the team were professional and took pride in their work. Pricing was reasonable. I was so satisfied with their work I am looking to have Epic Contracting do further renovations in my home.

Very weak communication. Told me I would have my estimate emailed to me Monday. I called Monday, said they would have it Wednesday. Call Thursday to remind them only to be told that on Monday they had a meeting and decided it was not in their scope of work. Which is fine if you not able to do the work but why the run around.Very unprofessional!

She went beyond just painting...she did a lot of patching as well as caulking the basement baseboards, which were never properly done. She noticed all the small details to do an outstanding job.

We used Erik and his team to renovate our basement after it flooded in June. He was so easy to work with. He was punctual, reliable, professional and he had everything done in a timely manner and it looks perfect, we love our new basement so much. My husband and I would like to give a strong reference for Erik Wendelboe of EPIC Contracting Ltd. This good reference also includes his team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and tilers, etc. Recently we relocated to Calgary and we knew ahead of time that the home we bought would need renovations in several areas. Not too long after moving in we had to go online for the services of a plumber. It is through the plumber that we obtained the name of “EPIC Contracting” for our renovations. Let us tell you a bit about Erik. He is personable, reliable, honest and on time. He provided us with a computer drawing of what our renovations would look like. He gave us opinions and ideas and incorporated our wants and needs into his design. Prices for this project were also reasonable. He provided us with a written copy of the costs and projected start date and end date. He also included when his contractors would arrive and leave. All of them did their job well. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. In summary, we would hire Erik and his company “EPIC Contracting” again. We would also not be hesitant to give a recommendation to anyone else who was seeking a good contracting company.

From the moment we met with Erik of Epic Contracting we knew he was the right fit for us to look after our Reno’s. He very easy to talk with, listened to what we wanted to get done and offered some cost effective suggestions of what other upgrades we could make and everything came out awesome! He was the first contractor that we had come in that provided us with a very detailed cost breakdown of the work to be done and explained in person if there would be any changes and what the cost difference would be which gave us control / heads up on any cost differences. When all the work was completed the final bill was not a surprise except for how pleased we were that is was very close the original quoted amount. Awesome!! From moment we decided the Epic Contracting was the company we wanted to do the Reno's Erik helped us every step of the way and always kept us in the loop as to when his contractors would be arriving and leaving, what was being done and when. When any work was completed Erik would make sure we were happy with the outcome and if any little thing at as even a bit amiss he was right on it to make it right. As far as the workmanship of Erik and his team we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We found everyone very easy to talk with, polite, respectful and took the time to answer any questions we had without making us feel we were bothering them and keeping them from their work. Bottom line we would not hesitant a minute on recommending Erik (Epic Contracting). Everyone that has come by to see the upgrades are very impressed with the workmanship and outcome.
