We were thinking of refacing our kitchen, but the cost of new custom cabinets from them was not that much more. Was very convenient, they did everything, new Granit, backsplash, lighting, plumbing, flooring etc... We were without a usable kitchen for only 2 weeks. Edward made sure of that and took excellent care of our needs. Couple of friends and relatives projects took around six months to complete and were without a usable kitchen for months. Great company and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were actually my third choice, but should have been my first, and hopefully will be yours. I called a competitor of theirs and after talking to Al for 3 minutes, and listening to him explain they were really busy, and making it seem to me that my call was bothering him, I excused myself. Called Western and got the same tone. Completely different response from CRC. Friendly staff, even though I had a small job, they treated it like it was a million dollar reno. Calgary Renovation Contractors (CRC) recently completed our Re-facing project. At the outset we visited CRC’s Calgary shop and were impressed by the modern machinery and the well-kept and tidy condition. The project included re-facing the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. Many of the drawers and cupboards were upgraded with draw out features including a custom cookie sheet drawer. CRC also designed and built a new kitchen island reusing the existing granite counter top from the old island. The project went very well. Edward was very helpful during the quotation process, listening to our needs, making valuable suggestions and always commenting on the cost impact. The project execution also went very well. CRC began and finished the work to the schedule as promised. The workmanship was excellent. As always there were some changes and additions during the execution phase. These were always handled promptly and priced very fairly. Every day now we are enjoying our fabulous upgrades and very pleased with CRC. We would recommend them. Oh yes, after getting several quotations at the outset we found CRC to be very competitive.

In late 2020 we looked into possible kitchen renovations. When Edward came to discuss the possibilities, immediately we were impressed. The way he calmly listened to our thoughts and questions and the way he then gave various suggestions and possibilities we could consider reflected genuine respect and care. There was no pushing us but trying to help us discover what might be our best options. Then when we had decided on the route we would go, he sent an estimate which seemed very reasonable to us, both in regards to the window replacements and the new kitchen cabinets & quartz counter. Edward also guided us in all the separate items with other companies related to the renovation project, like making a choice for a faucet, and backsplash, and getting another microwave, etc. When the onsite work began in mid-January, within two weeks it was all completed. We were happy with the various skilled workers required, and their manners in the home while doing the job. The final product looks great too! I have done two projects with this company by now. The first one was the bathroom renovation in my master bedroom. I was looking at many pictures and sketches how I thought the bathroom should look like and couldn't come up with the decision until Edward insisted on his design. I was thinking about it a couple of days and agreed as up to my mind the choice was right. So enjoy the job done so far. The second project was windows replacement not in the whole house but on the front side including garage it was six windows in total. Again, the proper and correct explanation helped me to decide to order triple pane energy efficient windows which I guess are the best on market. Once it was the second project with this company we made a good deal on pricing and I appreciate Edward a lot who is excellent Sales and able to negotiate and satisfy customer needs. The guys installers did awesome job on both projects and clean up after installation so I am impressed so far how fast and nicely it was. I can tell a lot but to finalize if I had another project to renovate the other bathroom kitchen or anything else in the house would I call them again? And my answer would be definitely YES. To be honest I am satisfied with the service.

We originally called on Calgary Renovation Contractors to give us an estimate on changing a kitchen cabinet to accommodate a thicker hardwood floor we planned to install. Edward asked if he could also quote on the hardwood floor. He had his flooring specialist come over with samples and the specialist took time to really explain the pros and cons of the different hardwood flooring. We decided to go ahead with Edward and we have no regrets. He did a very professional job and provided excellent service. We gave him a key to our house while we were away and came back to a floor we are very proud of. Edward made it clear from the start that if we had any concerns we just needed to let him know what they were. We did have a couple minor issues and they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Calgary Renovation Contractors to others.
