They were well organized and detail oriented. They were able to capture our ideas and make it a reality. We were up to date on everything going on. And even though we set an extremely short deadline for changes, the team finished ahead of schedule. The final product is something you see in a magazine. Hired Bond in the summer of 2017 to build a new fence and deck at our home in Walden. I had several of the "other guys" come out for quotations and knew within minutes they weren't professionals like Darwin and his crew. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, from our initial quotation appointment, through job completion. Fence and deck look amazing, even two years later. Would highly recommend this company to anybody without hesitation.

Not very good customer service , phoned to ask about an add on form my house roof to my garage roof.....very rude response and not very helpful. It was not your response that I was unhappy with it your attitude, you never asked any details of what I meant you just went to no and when asked if you could think of anyone else in the trade as a recommendation it was again a flat out rude no. If you weren't interested in the job just say so, but to be so unprofessional in your manner is something else. I'm also very surprised that a company such as yours couldn't handle a simple construction job such as I was inquiring about ...maybe you best sticking to building fences !

We used Bond to replace our deteriorating wood front porch with a composite deck, including replacing the posts, stairs, railings and repainting our Juliet balcony. I had gotten about 7 quotes from various local contractors and Bond was by far the most competitive in pricing, detailed in quoting and came with good reviews. 3 months later when it came time to do the work he still honored the quoted price despite surging lumber costs. His guys were very professional and super efficient. At no point did I look out the window and see them slacking off or lounging around. Their workmanship was really good, a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. I would not hesitate to use them again for another home project and would highly recommend them. Not even worth shopping around next time as they were that good and dependable. At the end we also got them to build us a wooden gate at the back of the house which turned out beautiful.

Darwin responded very quickly through BBB to provide a quote on the work to install railings at my house on a front cement step. His crew came to install the railings and were polite, respectful. They installed a sharp looking product, and cleaned up well after the install. I would not hesitate in recommending Bond Construction in the future.

I contacted Bond to create a spanning open concept between the kitchen, hallway, living room and dining room, by replacing the attic beams and portion of the center main floor load bearing wall with a single LVL beam. Service was prompt. I had a couple of minor issues but Darwin managed to resolve these really quick.

They were very responsive to all of our questions and when things did occasionally go, wrong Darwin was quick to respond and had things completely resolved within 24 hours. His team is great - very polite, good quality, and respectful of the homeowner. If you're lucky enough to have Wayne and Chris work on your renovation, rest assured that you're in good hands. This is the 2nd time we've used Bond Construction because we knew we could count on his quality and customer service (the first time was to develop our basement at our first house). Darwin & Bond construction are great. I have used them for two projects in my condo over the years: a bathroom reno (new tub, sliding glass doors and shower tile), and opening up a wall to open up the floor plan. As opposed to a lot of contractors which seek to expand your budget as much as possible, Darwin always genuinely worked with my budget, offering tips to keep the scope manageable. His team does good quality work, with any minor post-job touchups being done without issue. I've sold my condo but when I get my next house, Bond Construction will be the first place I call for renos.

Darwin was very quick to respond to our initial request and was very understanding when we decided to think about it. After we reviewed the quote and compared to others, we went with Darwin and his team and are so happy we did. We had a short timeline and he was true to his word that he would get it all completed before the baby arrived. The process was so simple and it was a dream to deal with him and the rest of his team and his contractors. We have shown many family and friends the completed basement and everyone is complimentary on how it looks like the rest of the house and the how great it turned out!
