We bought our flooring through end of the roll and they used Windmill flooring for doing the install. At first I thought the rate was a little high but after seeing it take a solid 3 days for Ron to install 500sq ft vinyl plank I felt as though the rate was fair. He was definitely both working hard and making sure everything was installed perfectly. I could tell that the planks were a lot more finniky then I imagined. I was toying with the idea of installing the flooring myself but after seeing him do it I am sure glad we went with him. We later had a set of stairs to replace the carpet on and we specifically asked for Ron because we knew he'd do a great job.

Sean installed our carpet we purchased from end of the roll. He worked hard, quick, and very efficiently. I was very impressed with his skill, his speed, and most of all his quality. Almost 700 sq ft in 8 ½ hours, and it looks amazing and there wasnt any mess to clean afterwards. We threw him a minor curveball with our stairs, something he wasnt expecting and he knocked them out quickly and I couldnt be happier! Sean is top notch, and is a great asset for your company!

Not good! First the carpet installer himself was very nice and did a good job. My issue is the customer service after inquiring about the “handling fee” of 15%! I didn’t sign for that and after paying I called immediately to be told it was for paperwork! What! Rip off!
