Sierra Projects exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They were recommended to me by my Strata President after I had terminated another company for breach of contract. Sierra had completed another tenant improvement in our building and had received rave reviews. Bruce and Ava came to our first meeting together to get a sense of where the previous contractors had left things-they were both professional and sensitive to the situation. Ava was exceptionally thorough to ensure they documented all aspects of the remaining work and any work that had been completed incorrectly by the previous contractor so that there were no surprises for me as we moved through the process. Ava's organization and extreme attention to detail ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks and that the project was completed on time and on budget. The minor adjustments that arose through the project (mostly by me adding things) were communicated to me promptly and directly and I was provided a clear set of options with costs attached. Nothing was missed at any stage of the process. Tim, the GC, was excellent to work with and he took the time to create a personal relationship with me and my family while both managing the details of the sub trades and attending to the finishing. He caught several issues with the construction from the previous contractor and ensured that it was corrected at the right time, without me needing to intervene. He was an absolute gentleman and frequently went out of his way to help, even when it was outside of his official 'contract' such as with making decisions on brands or products to purchase, and helping me carry heavy items into or out of the office. The final product of their work is spectacular and I could not be more pleased with my decision to work alongside them. They are a staff with integrity. I am delighted to wholeheartedly recommend Sierra Projects.
