They once again provided an excellent experience throughout the whole process. The project manager was careful to listen to our needs and the crew fulfilled everything we had asked for. The crew working on my home’s building is extremely unprofessional. They have been smoking on our building’s non smoking property and they started work 45 mins earlier than scheduled. Normally that would be fantastic to hear they start earlier. But not for 7:15 am.

This company is contracted to do our building back in April 2020 here we are 1.5 years later and work is not done . They started doing the lobby floor 4 months ago they demolished the flooring for 2 days and disappeared for 4 months. I never ever seen in my life a lobby upgrade taking 17 months (and counting) and still not completed . I think strata should take these guys to court for causing so much inconvenicne and grief for hundreds of residence .even during the times they were working most of the times they were standing outside smoking Or chatting to each other ...very unprofessional

I’ve used Prostar for 2 projects. Our apartment had a water leak which caused severe damage and the project team (led by Andrew) took care of everything in ensuring the home was returned to better than its original condition. They also came back a few years later to repair another contractor’s deficiencies. It’s rare to find someone in the construction trades industry that not only does quality work, but is also responsive and patient in explaining the work they’ll be doing. Really happy with them overall!

Prostar was contracted to repair seven concrete balconies to allow for proper drainage as water was pooling against the building walls. I found the supervisor, Youhann Semov, to be very responsive and quick to address any of my questions or concerns. We had a problem initially with communication between the workers and the owners but this was quickly resolved. Several owners commented that they found Victor to be a hard worker and very professional in his manner of dealing with owners' issues. I would feel confident in contracting Prostar for work again.
