We met Leandross at the end of Summer with the goal to renovate a new apartment. We set out the goal to complete the project by the end of the year and the team managed that with no issues. Working with Leandross and his team was incredibly easy and streamlined. We provided the concept and inspiration as to how we wanted the apartment to look and he delivered. Throughout the project his team would often provide us numerous options and recommendations for appliances, hardware, flooring etc. in order to deliver us quality materials while staying within our budget. The team is also incredibly flexible as they were able to take on changes in our design as well as extra installation work we had not planned originally, again speaks to their ability to forecast realistic lead times and completion date. On top of all of this, a majority of the project management from our end was done remotely, so I am grateful to work with such a trustworthy team to help us make decisions on the spot if we couldn't provide an immediate answer on urgent matters during the install. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Leandross and his team and I would 1000% work with him again when the next opportunity arises.

Leandross brings a high level of workmanship to each project, which instantly sets him apart from other GC's in Vancouver. He is able to work within your budget, and finish a project both on time and on budget. LJH is a full service contracting service and takes the headaches out of permitting, sub-trade management, and day to day hassles; Leandross runs a tight site, he is courteous to his neighbours and responds to problems instantly. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive contractor out there, but you will be guaranteed a professional, honest, friendly, and committed working relationship, throughout the course of your project. He consistently goes the extra mile (even after projects are complete), to make sure you are satisfied with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend him for both renovation work, new builds, exterior and interior projects; he has extensive knowledge of each and will save you time, money and stress from day 1.

We chose LJH for a house renovation which started on the smaller side and snowballed into a big project with so many add-ons. Leandross was great at hearing us out, explaining stuff in a non-technical language that we could understand and responding to our concerns very satisfactorily. They have done a great job at our house and he was always available for help here and there. I'd definitely trust them with any other projects we may have and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others. The only issue we had with LJH was timing. They were late in delivery for the first phase of the project, which I hope was a one-off for this company.
