My friends purchased a home in Deep Cove, built by Jeff Henderson about 12 yrs ago. All I can say it that they have been thrilled with the build. They are still there and Mr. Henderson has kept in touch with them to ensure they've remained satisfied with their home. What else can you ask for in a builder?

After an awful experience with Primavera Construction Ltd of Burnaby we were very cautious when selecting our next general contractor. To say Jeff Henderson was patient with us is an understatement. What I liked about the references Jeff provided is that many of them had used Henderson Construction a number of times, and all of them would hire Jeff again. Add us to that list. The workers showed up on time, worked hard and were always courteous and polite. Even the City inspectors commented on the high quality of the workmanship. We learned the hard way to do our due diligence and to ignore low bids. Also to ignore BBB ratings. Henderson Construction’s bid was in the middle of the pack. We wish we’d found Henderson Construction when we first started our renovations, they were great from start to finish.

I just saw the comment made by Solal, and I am extremely hurt with his criticism of my work. I work very hard to try to meet my client’s needs and this is the first negative response I have ever had with the 5,000 drawings I have accomplished over the last 20 years. . I never worked with Solal as I directly worked with his father, I never had had negative response from him. This was not your run of the mill type drawing and required the coordination of 3 engineers due to the equipment used. These drawings were submitted successfully to the City of Coquitlam and you received your permit based on these drawings (see attached). I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with Jeff Henderson Construction and I want to stand up and say that I am proud to have worked for Jeff Henderson Construction over the last 20 years and I feel that they have always treated their clients fairly and professionally.

When a couple of seniors look for a used dishwasher on line, they usually look for a reasonable price and familiar brand name. And, if there is a number to call, and a pleasant sounding lady named Sharon, to welcome your call, you know you have come to the right place. Sharon convinced me, a senior who wears a hearing aid, that the Amana dishwasher was a like new buy. It couldn't be totally new since Henderson Construction removed it for work purposes. Hearing her welcoming voice, I even had the nerve to ask her for a little lower price deal! What nerve! After our quick pickup, and my fussy senior husband finally installed the dishwasher, to his satisfaction and turned it on, I thought it wasn't working! ! Herb said, "It's working! You just can't hear it! Well, my old dishwasher, I never turned on, when we were trying to have a conversation! Sharon is an amazing employee, as good as her word. I loved talking with her on the phone. All things work together for good to the construction company that has employees like Sharon. Blessings on Henderson Construction.

Henderson Construction behaved nothing short of dishonestly when they were contracted by my company. Massively overcharging my dad, an unsuspecting immigrant. Creating bogus budgets with sky high figures. Mr Henderson tried to get approval to work on estimates, never providing legally binding quotes and scopes, and refusing to reply when quotes were asked. They managed to invoice $20 000 for a terrible CAD drawing prepared by an incompetent employee and $3000 worth of engineering documents supplied by other parties. All in all overcharging by at least $10 000. Once we realized that, we quickly fired them before they caused any more damage and hired a legitimate project management firm on a binding quote. Unlike Henderson, our new firm worked very transparently, and delivered more than quoted for less money. which was significantly more than Henderson had Estimated and much cheaper. In the end, it took two years to recover the smallest amount of money from this fly by night outfit, and when it finally came, it all came in multiple post dated cheques way into 2020 for a overcharge from 2017!!! Feel free to contact me for details. we will never again do business with Jeff Henderson Construction Ltd and I will gladly point you in the direction of honest companies.

The Jeff Henderson Construction Team completed both an exterior front entrance renovation and an interior bedroom renovation for our house this year. Both jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the quality of work. Jeff has very knowledgeable and highly skilled trades people. Yesterday a Henderson's Projects truck parked illegally infront of my garage door. When I asked the driver to move so that I could get in, he honked and gave me the finger. I haven't used the company, now never will, and recommend that you don't either.

We are very pleased to have Henderson Group worked on our restaurant project during the pandemic so we can open the restaurant by end of May. Henderson completed the project within our tight budget and timeline. Very responsive and professional. Henderson is also the contractor for our production facility. They attended each of our internal project planning meetings to understand our scope, budget, timeline, and requirements. Professional advises are always provided. They don't waste our time and save lots of our efforts.

I have worked with Henderson Construction on commercial projects for two decades and found them to do terrific work, on time and on 99/100 on budget. We also contracted them to do residential work after we had difficulties with another contractor. Henderson took over, did a great job, including quality, scheduling, and great communication on what to expect. I trust them to do the job right and to stand behind their work. Subsequently they have come back and done minor work for us from electrical to fencing that most contractors wouldn't want to bother with. I highly recommend Henderson construction for both commercial interior work and single family interior and exterior projects.

I've used Henderson Construction both personally and professionally. Henderson has completed numerous Tenant Improvements for our company ranging from small projects such as updating an office/retail space for a fresh new look to large industrial office fit-outs in a new shell building. I've dealt personally with Jeff and Farrah many times and both always make sure we get the job done on time. There are many options out there, but we continue to use Henderson Construction because of the positive feedback we receive from tenants and the value they provide . I'd happily refer Henderson out to my friends or family who need work done at their house or business.

The workers driving a pickup truck bearing company's logo kept tossing out trash on the Trans-Canada Hwy. I saw it on Jan 26th at about 7:30pm going SE through North Vancouver, I couldn't believe my eyes that grown men kept doing this! If you are considering hiring them, imagine what they would do when they don't think they are being watched or don't think they will be held responsible.
