We live in the UBC area and had them renovate our 98 year old heritage home which turned out absolutely fabulous. The way they are able to integrate the old with the new is astonishing. We have a growing family so our renovation project was to add more living space to our home. I met 6 contractors and was unable to decide until finally reaching Image to Reality Contracting.. After short listing of highly rated contractors, went through profile of each contractor and decided to go with Image to Reality to do the job based on positive review about them being reliable, honest and excellent work. I am so very thankful I choose Marc's team. It is very rare to find a contractor who is professional, fair, honest, upfront, knowledgeable and cares about the client like they do. From the first time we met Marc, we felt at ease with him due to his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. He explained everything from the beginning and all the way through the project perfectly. The Image to Reality team Marc and his brother Cory were very professional, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and always payed close attention to the small details. They provided an accurate schedule, set up weekly meetings to discuss progress, maintained communication as needed. Any time we encountered unforeseen issues Marc notified us right away, explained the issue and presented us with options. If we asked for recommendations, he would tell us his opinion but at no time did we feel pressured to do work we weren't comfortable with or to expand the scope of the job. The quality of work is outstanding, maintaining the highest level of workmanship at all times of project is commendable. We are very happy with the quality of build of our new home and thank Marc, Cory and their whole team for that and would highly recommend Image to Reality without hesitation to anyone considering work on their home.

Highly recommend Image To Reality Contracting! Our experience with Marc and his team was everything we expected and more. We did a main floor renovation (right down to the studs) and replaced major items like the electrical panel, hot water tank, furnaces. People were at our house early every morning and working through the day. Never a day that would go by where the project was not moving forward. Everyone was very professional and polite. Their team answered any questions we had immediately and thoroughly. We were never left in the dark about anything. We were always kept up to date on cost. They completed the project on time. Quality of the work was top notch. We had a few minor issues afterwards (to be expected when you do a major renovation), and Marc showed up to address these issues right away. Don't get me wrong, you can find cheaper renovations elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. We wouldn't have done this any other way. Anyone looking for renovation pros, look no further.

Some (lucky) people get energized and excited by the idea of renovating their home. I, on the other hand, get easily stressed and overwhelmed. Enter Image To Reality. From the moment I met Marc and Cory, I could tell I was in good hands. They were patient and thorough in walking me through the process. We met on a Friday, I signed the contract on a Saturday, fast forward 2.5 weeks and I now have a spa-like bathroom and beautiful new kitchen countertops and backsplash. Not only did they complete the project on-time but it was also on-budget (even with a few plumbing surprises). Their level of professionalism (with me and the condo association) was remarkable. If you're looking for a high-integrity and very skilled team, I recommend Image To Reality. I will certainly use them for any and all future renovations.

After seeing the quality of their work at our relatives house, where Marc and his crew re designed and re created the interior, we decided to hire them to do the same thing for our renovation. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. Everything Marc promised he would do, he did. The job was completed on time, 8 weeks to the day, from start to finish. All of his tradespeople were respectful and courteous and very professional. Marc is an excellent problem solver and was able to help us incorporate an existing staircase into our completed space. He worked with us in choosing finishing touches and his recommendations were informative and helpful. Image to Reality was outstanding. I Found them on google search and made a free in home estimate appointment. Marc came out to see us, we went thru the whole process including different products and designs. We settled on a design within our budget and it was smooth sailing from there. The install crew was professional and arrived on time aswell as completing the project within the contracted time frame. The finished product looks like something out of a magazine. We are over joyed and can not wait to show off our new DREAM BATHROOM!!
