Roof was installed in 2011 with IKO Cambridge Shingles By Tops Roofing. After a wind storm in Mississauga that blew off a section of my roof in 2020, I called Tops back to repair the damage. Brian was quick to identify the issue that was caused due to the Shingle glue not adhering correctly and repaired it at no cost to me!! I would absolutely recommend Tops Roofing and Brian to anyone looking for a new roof/repair. Very Professional and awesome AFTER SERVICE which is what counts the most! Thank you

My first experience with Tops was with their sales rep Richard. He was excellent, knowledgable and willing to work with me . The roof was done in an orderly, timely, fashion and other than a little bit of scraping on the driveway from their trailer I have no issues, very happy. I actually referred them to my neighbour who had her roof done shortly afterwards. Great company, excellent materials.

We used Top's to replace our roof several years ago and we were happy with the work. With the recent windstorm, we lost a couple of shingles and when we contacted Top's they remembered doing the work originally, had records of the type and colour of shingles used, were very responsive, came the next day and were able to inspect the roof and fix the damaged areas promptly.

I would highly recommend Tops Roofing Company of Oakville. Brian came out during a nonstop rainfall to "take a look" at my mom's leaky roof. He fixed it in no time at all ! I was so grateful for his expertise. We know who we'll be calling when we replace the roof. Exceptional service !

Brian and his team completed my roof in February. They came as soon as it was warm enough to do the job as I had a leak. They replaced all of the under boards at a very fair price. They assessed the situation and told me what needed to be done and although I had thought I might have to replace all of the eavestrough Brian said no he would seal them for me and add an extension at no cost. He didn't feel that I should waste my money. He returned in June when the weather was warmer and clear to complete the sealing as I described. The team cleaned up all mess when they did the job and it was like they were never here. I would strongly recommend them. They worked fast, they are friendly and efficient and don't do anything that is unnecessary. Also the house looks great. I am very pleased with the job. Thanks to Brian and the whole team.

Tops did a great job on our roof about 4 years ago. Fast , clean and a neat, good looking job using the newer gen shingles. On top of the great job, last year, Brian immediately came back when asked, to repair some frustrating Raccoon damage near a vent, and would not take anything for the repair. I've recommenced them many times to friends and relatives, always with good results and feedback afterwards. Cheers.

Tops Roofing installed new shingles and new skylights on my angular roof in 2012. 9 years later the roof still looks new and the skylights are awesome. I recently inquired about redoing my flat roof as another contractor thought it may warrant a change soon. I contacted Brian at Tops Roofing, and he quickly evaluated the roof. We had Tops install our roof after recommendations from neighbours in 2013 - the workmanship and care that Brian and his team did on my roof was amazing and I have never had problems. Late fall last year and spring this year, I noticed a lot of leaves and broken down organic material in the eavestrough and wondered if this was going to cause issues. This summer, I started getting a little leak come through on the end of one of the downspouts. I texted Brian late yesterday evening (on a Sunday), and he replied back almost immediately that he'd be here to take a look today. He came over exactly when he said he would be here, checked all the caulking near the concerned area, patched it where necessary, and cleaned up the downspout that was full of dead organic matter! I am again impressed with the response I got from Tops and the timely service just before the fall rain! Thank you Brian!

Quality of workmanship is highly questionable. Multiple repairs over the last 8 years on shingles. Damage from recent wind storm worse than anything seen in the area (see attached photo). Based on looking at shingles that came off, minimal number of nails per sheet. They are not being called back to fix.

We have used Tops Roofing twice in the past 5 years: on our own home, and on an investment property. Outstanding work both times, high quality product and flawless installation. Through several devastating windstorms in the past 2 years, both roofs were left unscathed. Tops crew did an excellent job in every respect, including cleanup (couldn't find a single nail anywhere). Price was competitive with other leading roofers. Owner came by the day after completion and got up on the roof himself to do a thorough inspection. Highly recommend this company - in fact, have referred to several family members and all have been equally enthusiastic.

Tops installed my roof in 2011. At that time they were both extremely professional and friendly during and after installation. They provided me with neighbourhood houses that I could look at in order to see the shingles I thought I wanted. Fast forward to last week when I called them to tell them I had lost a shingle. In speaking with Wanda she kindly offered to call Brian to tell him and he offered to come and look at the roof right away. This morning I heard hammering on my roof and when I went outside Brian was finished the job. He was here about 10 minutes and because I was a previous customer this call was free! Service doesn't get any better than this!!!

First, flexibility. They accommodated a last minute change in our schedule; performing the work one month ahead of time. Second, excellent job-site clean-up.
