We are more than pleased with the work completed by Custom Contracting. Our 50's bungalow got a facelift - new roof, siding, soffit and fascia. The removal/demolition of a dilapidated "3 season" porch at the back of our home was also completed. From start to finish things were handled professionally and the work was completed in a timely manner. I recently had eaves troughs and downspouts installed on my house. I have to say that the installer was very professional and courteous. He removed and installed the eaves troughs by himself and completed the job in one day. He cleaned up the site very well and interacted with me to ensure that the job was completed exactly as I envisioned. Josh was here for several days making sure all was working well. He was super trust worthy and I'm confident Ill never have any issues again with the troughs. Since its rained there are zero issues. This is all I expected but this company really went above and beyond when coming back to do a couple fixes. Neven was great right from the start. Easy to communicate with via text keeping me informed the entre time before and during and after the project. Thank you team!

Just had our front door and sliding door replaced. Ryan travelled many times to make sure the doors were ordered and built just the way we wanted them. Don’t risk your home equity on discounted service. You get what you pay for and I couldn’t be happier.

Had vinyl siding replaced for an entire side of my house in Hamilton. They were very quick to respond to my free estimate request which I sent using their website and scheduled a time to do the free estimate within the week. The guy who came to my house to do the estimate was very professional and experienced and helped us to pick the colour of the replacement siding before he left. It was raining on the scheduled day so they postponed to the next day to do it, which I was grateful for as I didn't want moisture behind the new siding. The two-man crew came the next morning and was finished tearing down the old siding, installing the new siding and cleaning up by lunch. They were friendly and informative when answering my questions. The new siding looks good and consistent, I couldn't have asked for better service!

Ryan made multiple visits to our house to discuss soffit and fascia colours. We looked at several different siding options and he was always willing to find some other options when we couldn’t decide what we liked best. The roof was done in in two days; the crew was diligent and paid attention to details that were discussed with Ryan. The soffit and fascia replacement was pretty straight forward and the crew was great. The siding work was what impressed me the most with this company. Our siding selection along with the area made the work challenging to say the least; Jay spent a considerable amount of time making it perfect. Our formerly dated home looks fantastic! The estimate process was simple and informative and from the minute the two installers showed up till they drove away we were extremely pleased with the care taken by the installers not to damage delicate plantings on the property and the delicate care in moving yard furniture out of their way. The two gentlemen were always courteous and friendly and the care they took making sure all cuts were correct and the fit was perfect. The end job was sheer perfection. After they were finished they walked around the house to make sure there were no clippings or screws laying around and when they drove off you would never know they were here except for the shiny new eavestroughs that now hang on our house. They were very helpful in making our decision on what manufacturer and type of shingle as well as helping us decide the colour of the shingles. DISGUSTING service. Had an appt booked for 2pm guy never showed. Even had confirmation email for time and date. They didn't even call to say they would be late. Guy just never showed up. Guess its ok for people to sit around for 3 hours and not show up. I even called the office the girl said she sent a message to the manager and sales rep who was suppose to come out. No response from either of them. I would never deal with a company like this. So sad companies think its ok ro conduct this kind of service

Our house siding blew off with the wind storm in May 2018, I googled like everyone else trying to get a contractor that could come out right away for our insurance company was overloaded with calls. They said to find someone and get a quote. I called a few but Custom Contracting (Greg) was quick to come over (within a few days), he was the ONLY one to actually tarp the side of the house (to protect it from further damage) not even knowing if I would choose them as my contractor. That sealed the deal for me bc even though only one side of the house was damaged, due to how old the siding was and you could no longer match that siding, he managed to fight and get the whole housed covered. His reasoning was right - you can't replace one side of the house brand new and the rest of the house not match, it would depreciate the home. He did a FANTASTIC job on our house, he was very professional and gave our house a brand new face lift! He was super nice, made great suggestions and fixed some extras! My neighbours asked for his contact and I would highly recommend Custom Contracting - ask for Greg!

Today I had my roof replaced by Custom Contracting.
