We want to thank Andy, Elvis, Jennifer and their team for making our first time in replacing our roof a pleasurable experience. Andy made the time to come to our home and give us a quote and answer any questions that we had. He knew what we were looking for and didn't try to over sell what needed to be done. Another reason why we chose them is they were recommend by tv personality Brian Baeumler on his website and they didn't use his name to jack up the price unlike another company who used Mike Holmes as their guy. The guys on the roof were professional and quick and very commanding in their trade. They also made a great effort to make sure all garbage and nails were picked up at the end of the day. I have a couple of shingles blown off due to strong gusty winds. Been searching for companies that do repair and most of them are quite ripped off at prices. I finally found Nailed it Roofing on Google. Sara the Office Manager was quite to respond and answered all the questions. She has quickly book me an appointment for the next day. Ryan and his co worker are so professional and replaced the shingles in less than 10 minutes cause its only 4 shingles that were blown off so its a real small job. Most wonderful thing is their price is absolutely reasonable and affordable.

This was my first roof replacement project and I was nervous about getting the right company and making sure the work is done right. The communication process and scheduling with All Stars Roofing Inc. started with Jennifer. She was were professional to work with and kept me in the loop from colour selection to scheduling the work. She responded to my emails very quickly. Tony and his crew were assigned to do the work. From the moment they arrived they were professional, answered my questions, took their time to do the work, when i challenged them they listened and very professionally worked to satisfied my concerns (which were minor). My neighbours were also impressed with the professionalism of their work including the time they took to get it right. I had an roof leak and asked ASR to repair it. One staff inspected it and told me that the reasons are cracks on shingle. He fixed it simply with glue, and I fully paid for that. Several weeks later, it leaks again, same situation. I call ASR to fix it, they said I have to pay again for that if you want to repair it. OMG What did they do? They did nothing and got money from me.

I had a leak in my house which another contractor said was most probably coming from the roof. I called All Stars Roofing, and Elvis came over to take a look. He found some shingles missing, and so he fixed it. Didn't seem like a big deal. But then after a really bad rainstorm, there was a huge puddle of water again inside my house. I called Elvis again, pretty mad that he hadn't fixed the issue. He came over, went back up looked all round and said there was no issue. However, there was a rain water drain pipe which was completely blocked and was probably overflowing during rain storms. He removed it, took it away, cleaned it and came the next day and installed it, all without charging us anything extra! The problem is now completely fixed! Thank you Elvis

At the beginning of April, we were hit with the big wind storm which took away multiple shingles from our roof. It was sign that I had to replace my roof. I must say, the quality of service I received from All Stars Roofing was way above my expectations. Jennifer, whose been my main contact person made the entire process so easy. Anytime I had a question, I knew I could email her and she would respond right away. Elvis, who came and assess the damage provided me with a solution – not just there to sell services. Instead of asking me to redo my entire roof right away, he suggested that I first replace the missing shingles because a snow storm was coming up and that could cause water damages. He also suggested that I get quotes from different roofing company. He wanted to make sure that I make the right decision (which I did and All Stars Roofing Inc. was by far the best price out there). Then Edward showed up a week a later with his team (about 5-6 guys) to do the job. They arrived around 8:30 and were done by 4ish. Everything was cleaned…even my backyard and balcony where there were a bunch of shingles debris. If you ever need to redo your roof, then I would strongly recommend All Stars Inc. – you will not regret it.

People – product – Price. We just had our roof replaced with All Stars Roofing Inc and we are more than pleased with the entire experience. From my first contact through the quotation, acceptance, scheduling and completion the people were very knowledgeable and professional. The crew that installed our new roof were amazing, very focused and tidy even when they were cleaning up in the dark after 13 hours of working. They checked for debris several times with their cell phone lights and in the morning the yard was spotless and the roof is beyond our expectations. We purchased the GAF shingles which were installed with Ice and Snow Shield, metal drip edge, underlayment, ridge cap shingles and proper metal valleys. The only option we added was the Max-Vent. With these features and the excellent installation, the price was best of 3 quotes. We are so pleased with our choice of All Stars Roofing Inc and highly recommend them for your roof.

The singles were nice but these guys forgot to clean the eavestroughs. They left several of the troughs filled with old nails and debris. Double check the work they do, as they may cut corners. They also left quite a few nails on the driveway. I'd expect better service when you charge more than competitors.

I had a leak in my roof and contacted a few roofers. ALL STARS ROOFING were very quick to respond to my request. Fabiola contacted me the same day and had me provide some details as it pertained to the roof and leak area. Fabiola then proceeded to provide me with a very clear summary of all the possible options/scenarios. She also provided details and approximate costs if the roof required a repair. Fabiola advised that a technician would call me. I received a call from the technician Bob the same day. Bob was already briefed on the situation and arranged to come by the same day as well. Bob arrived on time, went on the roof and inspected the whole roof. He quicky identified the source of the roof leak, explained the situation to me and cost and I had agreed to have Bob move forward with the repairs. He was very forthcoming and told me the roof is in good shape outside of the leak. I was happy to hear this. Other companies tried to sell me a new roof over the phone without even seeing the roof! This leak was all taken care of the same day I called. I was very impressed with ALL STARS ROOFING service and capabilities. We had a few shingles fly off during a current windstorm, I called All Stars Roofing to get a quote and they came out same day. Not only was Kevin very polite and professional but he gave us a fair quote for the work and for a better price better than any other company that quoted us. Also he didn't have the correct shingle colour with him but knowing it's going to rain in the next couple of days before someone can come out with the correct shingle, he did a quick repair with a different colour shingle just to ensure there are no leaks in our home. I am a single parent mother and like many of you, I am struggling with homeschooling and trying to keep things as normal as possible for my young kids while in isolation away from family and friends. On top of that challenge, I am also a frontline worker as an Emergency Nurse. I spend my days with the kids while taking care of elderly neighbours and I am working evenings during the week and 12 hour shifts every single weekend in the ER helping people in need. Like most of you have read, the protective equipment is hot and claustrophobic and my ears and nose have cuts around them from wearing it so frequently. On top of having these challenges, my front porch/flat roof started leaking into my garage and became unsafe. There were literally two big holes through my garage ceiling and I had buckets underneath collecting litres of rain water. I was trying to make due and was just trying to get by as most of us are, but my son ran out onto the porch and I was so scared. Right then and there I did my research and called All Stars Roofing Inc. based on their excellent reviews and reputation. Kevin came the very next day to assess the situation. He was on time, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to assess the flat roof and answer all of my questions. I had a long talk with him and was in tears describing my situation and how I was fearful for my son as he ran out onto the unsafe balcony. Two days later, All Stars Roofing came to my house and fixed my porch FREE of charge as a kind gesture to help me out during my time of need. Kevin and Andy said they were happy to do it and it was their way of giving back at a time when we need to help each other out the most. I was crying as I was so grateful and could not find the words to thank them for such a kind and caring gesture. I am beyond grateful and above all, they did a fantastic job! The rain is no longer coming through and the surface is strong and safe for us to go on. Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable, organized and the space was immaculate when he left. At a time when we are all scared and struggling, All Stars Roofing stepped up and helped me when I was in need, so I in turn can continue to help others. This is truly an example of giving and caring and I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for my family. This gesture speaks volumes to the core of the company in that they care. They care about people, they care about our community and they care that the job is done right. Kevins quote was spot on, the price was reasonable, and their work definitely reflected the quote. The roofers didn't waste any time and were in and out in 2 days to rip off the old roof including plywood, replace with new 1/2 inch plywood, install nderlayment new shingles new air vents . Where the roofers went above and beyond was they repaired a few trusses that were broken before they put on new plywood and did not charge me extra. Great guys great company . We bought a house and were informed our roof would need replacing before winter hits. As suggested by our home inspector we contacted several companies for quotes and received varying prices from each one. Victor, who came out to give us an estimate was not only professional, but he took the time to explain the options and quote thoroughly to me before he left. All Stars quote was competitive and provided the most value for the price. We found unlike some other companies we contacted which added extra charges not listed on the estimate, All Stars quote included all these things. Jennifer in the office was extremely helpful when we had further question about the quote as the roof replacement process is fairly new to us. I emailed first thing in the morning before they were even open and received a response shortly after business hours started from Victor, who once again patiently answered my list of questions. After booking our installation with All Stars we found out that our window installation date was around the same time. We contacted the office and Jennifer managed to change the date of our installation so that both jobs could be completed without delays or any confliction. Tony and his crew who installed our roof were punctual, polite and professional. Many of our neighbours commented on how efficiently the crew worked and how great our roof looked once completed. Both us and our neighbours have dogs and were concerned with debris being left behind. That should not have even been a concern as the yard was cleaned up expertly and our neighbour's yards were left in the same condition. We cannot recommend them highly enough as they are professional and a pleasure to work with!

We just had our roof done by All Stars and I cannot provide a stronger recommendation. Possibly the best home repair firm we have ever dealt with. We called 3 roofing companies. All Stars was the only one to show up on time for the initial consultation. They were professional, personable and provided a fair quotation right on the spot. I had researched a bit prior and their quote came in exactly where I was anticipating/budgeting for the project. The installation went smoothly, the crew was polite, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. If there was a 6th star available, I would give it for this next point - anytime we or our neighbors have had roofing work done in the past, I am picking up those annoying plastic strips from the shingle bundles for days afterwards - I have not seen a single one on my property after this project. As per the name (All Stars), everyone I met from this company for re-roofing my house is a Star !! A special mention about Kevin, one of the honest persons I have met. I called him many times for all the clarifications and doubts I had, he even came twice to check my roof, clarified all my doubts and help me understand before the actual start of the work, he was the primary reason for me to go to All Star roofing, though I had the quote from many others. Jennifer from the back office helped in scheduling the work date very soon, since my roof needed some early attention. She was following up with timely updates and was every responsive. Very Professional. Kevin responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I got three quotes and although not the lowest it was certainly fair and included some additional items that the lowest quote did not (I needed some aluminum flashing replacing and my TV antenna straightening from a big wind storm that ripped the flashing off, bending the antenna mounting brackets in the process). I am very happy that I picked them. Very well organized and the crew did a great job on the roof and cleaned up well afterwards. I called All Stars a couple days after a huge windstorm in southern Ontario when I noticed a number of shingles had come off my roof. They were very friendly and transparent with me about the process, the potential timing, the upfront costs, and the potential for increased costs depending on the specifics of what they found when they got to my home. Because they were so busy with calls after the windstorm, the initial customer service agent I talked to even recommended I 'get in queue' with other roofers as well, in case they weren't able to service me before the next big precipitation. It definitely felt like she cared about my roof getting fixed asap to avoid water damage in my home, and not just getting another customer to bill. I did 'get in queue' with two other roofers, on the recommendation of All Stars, but within 25 minutes Elvis from All Stars contacted me back to get more information about my roof damage, and to let me know that he had skilled roofers that he could dispatch to my house the same day before the forecasted rain. In addition, prior to calling me, Elvis even looked at my house on Google maps to see the type of shingle I was using, as well as the surface of my roof, so that when we did speak he was already well aware of what would probably be required as far as materials and personnel. Elvis was very friendly and understanding, and he had me send him a few pictures of where I thought the damage was - as well as a close-up picture of the shingles that had fallen off - so that he could confirm the shingle type and make sure that his roofers had the appropriate shingles for my call. The estimate that he gave me for repairs ended up being exactly what I paid after it was all said and done. The two roofers that came (2 were required for safety purposes because the slope of my roof is very steep) showed up on-time, were friendly, and were quick to get to work and assess the damage and begin the repairs. They appear to have done a very good job, as I can no longer tell where the missing shingles came from. In addition, they also did a general check of the roof and informed me that it was in good shape and that there is no need to consider getting it replaced any time soon. (I bought the house 3 years ago and I never asked the previous owners when the roof was last done, so I wasn't sure if it was in good or bad shape). After they left, I communicated again with Elvis, and one of their customer service personnel promptly sent me my invoice to pay via e-transfer. Very fast, very friendly, very smooth. Overall, I am extremely happy with All Stars Roofing and will definitely use them again if I have roof damage to manage, or when my roof eventually needs to be redone.

The lifted shingles near the eaves were due to mesh to keep out the squirrels. Our roof is very high and we can't get up there and we can't see it from the ground, and we were having squirrel issues. Andy and team are true professionals. We have hired numerous trades professionals since we moved to our 40 year-old home, and I have to say, All Stars was one of the best companies we've worked with. The service was top notch. We had wind damage to our shingles. When the tarp placed on our roof by another company became undone due to another severe windstorm, Andy himself came out to repair the tarp immediately, to avoid further damage from the rain. And when two days of continuous pouring rain caused water to come in to our house through the tarp, Andy expedited our roof replacement date, and made sure we had our roof replaced that week! I've been in contact with All Stars for quite some time now, they've been there to patch my roof in the past, and while shopping around for quotes to have the roof replaced, they've been more than happy to answer all of my questions. They even went as far as to show me the type of underlayment materials and thoroughly explain what will be replaced. Four things that stood out: 1. Cleanliness: the area was a bit of a mess, as a roof replacement would be, and after they left, nothing was missed and even my neighbor's yard was cleaned up. 2. Price: there wasn't much competition due to the height of the house, but All Stars was more than happy to do it with the same materials as the competition at a fraction of the price. 3. No Upsell: None of the staff tried to upsell me on getting materials that I didn't need. I ended up opting to add some upgrades, even after they told me that I wouldn't need it and wouldn't need to spend the extra money. I really appreciated their honesty. 4. Andy came by the next day to go over any questions that I might have post install and collect payment. I could've easily gone there to pay them, but I appreciated that he came to see the house should I have had any issues (not that there were). Approximately 2000 sqft, 3 storey home replaced with GAF Timberline HD Laminate Shingles in Charcoal, metal valley, metal vents, 3ft ice shield, synthetic underlayment over the entirety of the roof, no plywood replaced. Glad to have given them my business!

When putting your trust and your home in the hands of strangers when repairs are needed, you can often feel lucky to get a fair job at a fair price. If your are really lucky you can get a good job at a fair price. All Stars Roofing is only the second time in 30 years where I felt I got a GREAT job at a fair price. I do not normally write reviews, but it would be a shame if someone else did not at least get a quote from All Stars Roofing for whatever reason and this review could correct that. They are professional, they are friendly, they are considerate, and they do great work in 2/3 the time you would think it would take. This is important to me and perhaps to others as fewer days are potentially disrupted. That stated; the job isn't compromised....the crew we had worked tirelessly for 13 hours a day without a single complaint. It definitely all starts at the top and as many have written, Andy and Elvis are great to deal with and they stick to their handshake agreements which is appreciated. Our job turned out tougher than expected but nothing was altered in the contract. Thank-you to the crew who accomplished that. I would use them again in a heartbeat and this time it would not be strangers around my house it would be friends. Kevin showed up for giving an estimate as scheduled. As any savvy consumer, I got quotes from other roofers which on an average were low compared to All Stars roofing. So I called these guys to ask what would they offer differently to account for the higher price or if they would price match. The receptionist who answered the call asked me to send over the competitors quote so they could take a look and see what may be the reason for low quote. So I scanned and sent the quote, the reply I got from Kevin was surprising “Sounds like a good deal — go for it”. So I called the receptionist to ask for an explanation. She didn’t bother to explain. She said that’s Kevin’s decision. So I asked her straight, so for a comparable job you guys are charging $700 more than a competitor and she replied “seems like it”. I didn’t want to continue that conversation anymore because it seemed to me that they don’t have a valid explanation whatsoever to charge more and/or they were so eager to let go of a new customer. I don’t want to work with a company that doesn’t bother to offer good customer service.

Great company! Had my roof done a year ago by Allstars Roofing and was very happy with them so I called them back this year to have a new porch roof shingled and have all the soffits, flashing and eaves troughs replaced on my home. They came right away to get the roof shingled so the wood would not be exposed to the elements for too long. Two weeks later they were at my home and replaced all the soffits and eaves troughs within the week. The guys were very respectful and cleaned up everyday. The work was completed and I’m very happy with the final product. There was a couple spots that needed caulking and they were back the next day. I tried to give them a check for payment before they were done and would not accept it until they complete all the work. That was very nice to see as they never put pressure on you for payment. Andy came by one day an I was mentioning a leak I have only when the rain hits the home in a specific way. The leak was not in anyway connected to their work. Andy came back a few days later and would not give up until he found the leak. He discovered that water was getting in from some old drip edge the builder had installed years ago. He applied some caulking and problem solved. He never asked for a dime. Andy is very nice, great guy and his team is very respectful. If your looking to have your roof work done or soffits give them a call you won’t have to worry about anything and price is very competitive. Thanks Andy

I was told by my neighbour that I probably needed a roof. I received three estimates that, combined, were confusing at best. My intention was to only contact three companies, yet I was not comfortable with the responses and quotes I received. I contacted All Stars Roofing based on favourable reviews on Homestars and Google. Kevin contacted me the next day and set an appointment. Kevin was the first one to go on the roof. He prepared a detailed quote and explained it thoroughly. The price was reasonable and competitive. The next part was a shock. Kevin informed me that unlike my neighbours my roof was not yet ready to be changed, He felt I had 1 to 3 years life left in it and would be willing to do an annual inspection to determine its condition. This sort of honesty is both rare and refreshing. I will await Kevin's recommendation and proceed to get my work done by All Stars at that time.

Some of my shingles flew off from the wind storm last week. They are only 7 years old. I was very upset I could not get in touch with the roofer that did my roof. They changed their number, are out of business, and I cannot get my 10-year warranty, after my late, elderly mother, which was in a wheelchair, paid them almost $6,000 from her savings. She would have been very upset to know this. I told Fabiola what had happened & she was very kind & attentive and sent Bob to me. He was a pleasure to have him at my house to do the repair. I never saw such a pleasant & sincere contractor as I have experience with several very grumpy & miserable ones. With a smile on his face from start to finish, he did the job, while making sure I was happy too. Even though there is no written warranty for roof repairs, Bob told me to call him if there is any problem in that area in the future and he'll take care of it. The price was good in comparison to other companies that charge a flat rate of $500 just to come to your house. Thank you again Bob and Fabiola. [Edit] I accidentally deleted review. I had a fantastic experience with All Stars Roofing. I went through about 4-5 contractors to get quotes. Some were over priced. Some felt they didn't care (quoting without seeing the job in person). Kevin, was detailed and quoted the job exactly how I wanted it and answered all my questions. Once I accepted the quote All Stars were quick to schedule me in. The work was completed over two days. Bobby and his team were nice to work with and left the area clean. I got soffit, fascia eaves and downspouts completed. The workmanship was to my expectations and standards. It has been 3 weeks since the work was completed and it withstood several high wind storms and well as a significant amount of rainfall without any issues.

We choose the GAF-Timberline HD shingles and the finished product looks tremendous but what is also reassuring is the synthetic underlayment provided over the entire roof, ice and water shield membrane, new valleys and drip edge. We got a roof installed by some other company a year ago and it started leaking. We decided we need it to be replaced and the sales agent was giving us such attitude and started yelling at the person I had home to greet the sales agent. We had to delay the meeting by an hour which I contacted 48 hours before to the office. The office was fine with it then he comes out and just started giving attitude etc. I'm sure this company does a good job installing roofs but, Kevin needs some customer service training. I had an emergency leak coming in through my pot lights in a bathroom from the snowfall on Christmas Day and All Stars Roofing responded quickly. After showing up on Boxing Day they identified the issue right away. It was an improperly installed bathroom vent unit. Additional roof vents I needed to have some additional roof vents installed as I noticed the attic and upper floor of the house was extremely hot. I contacted All Stars Roofing via online form Thursday night and the following Friday at 9:15 am I received a call from Fabiola. She said that they would be able to provide me with a quote after we discussed what I was looking for. She put me on hold for a few minutes while you used Google to review my roof. After she reviewed the roof she provided me with a quote that was within the range I was expecting. I asked when she would be able to have someone complete the work. To my surprise she said they should be able to have it completed today. She would just follow up with a service tech. At 10:45 am I received a call from the tech advising he would be over within the hour. Upon arrival we reviewed the work that I was having completed. He recommended the best places to install the vents then showed me the vents he was installing. He went right to work and had the job completed in just over an hour. Considering we are in the middle of a heat wave I was extremely pleased with the work that was completed and the fact that it was done so quickly. They were efficient in sending out Andy for a quote, who was very down to earth and provided a very reasonable quote. We added some work after we signed and he came out again and added an honest additional amount. Jennifer was also easy to reach in the office and coordinated everything efficiently. The crew worked very hard and the result looked fantastic. Afterwards, we noticed a small part of the job was not done, but Andy arranged to have it done the next day, on a Sunday too! Replaced missing shingles and roof tune up. Very reasonable pricing. Had some shingles needing to be replaced so I went with a roof tune up. Extremely friendly gentleman came the next day to complete the job. He explained what he had done and why. I already recommended them to my neighbor!
