Not impressed. I run a massage business out of my home, and I put in a call to have someone look at my furnace. It is between Christmas and New Year's and it is -25 degrees outside and the temperature in my home is 16 degrees and my furnace isn't working properly. I phoned and asked for a technician and was told they were busy. I asked if they could look at my furnace after the New Year and the response was "I can't tell you, call back in the New Year". I won't be dealing with this company. As a side note I also have my 88 year old mother with a heart condition living with me. I've lived in this town for 37 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with business practices.

Zed is a great person, knowledgeable plumber who will give good advice and Not sell you what you do not need. He has a lot of great do it yourself solutions! Call him and find out for yourself!

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and informative, from the ladies behind the desk and o the floor to the exuberant owner himself, Zed. Store is well laid out, organized, well stocked, and immaculate in appearance. If the part you are looking for is not available in store, orders can take as little as two days to arrive with prices comparable to larger plumbing outlets in the city, such as Wolsley.

No more chances. I tried to get help with a malfunctioning thermostat, was told they were too busy and I should try calling someone else. This is the second time that I've had this experience with them, first time being due to a leaking toilet that was splashing water onto an electrical panel. Which to me would seem to be a fairly urgent safety problem. Both times another business in town was able to help me. Sorry guys, you had a second chance and you blew it.
