Loved the service! They arrived to my home nice and early, layered down blankets to keep my floor clean, and didn't have too many questions. They were able to just get to work. This was important to me because i work from home and I was in many meetings throughout the day. When it came time for them to leave, they double checked that the ac worked well and they left the invoice on my table and cleaned everything up as it was before they left. Took my 35 yo AC unit and installed the new one perfectly. We opted for a quieter model and it's pretty impressive how quiet it is. It's not totally quiet but you definitely don't need to yell to talk to eachother or close the window because of the noise. Super quiet for such a huge AC. Overall great service and happy to support local. Paid a bit over 4600$ all in and the quote was the exact same price as the bill, no surprises. Thank you, I would recommend them to anyone!
