Super friendly and informative staff. We bought our new pool and hot tub from them a few years ago. In those two years staff has worked, patiently, with us to train us on the best practices for pool and spa maintenance and upkeep. Seminars held throughout the year help even more. If you're looking to become a pool or spa owner (or both) then make St Lawrence Pools your first stop.

Experienced my first online curbside pick up ever!! Was easy, quick, and smooth transaction. Even with covid safety procedures in place, was greeted by friendly service with a smile and my curbside order. Now I can open my pool. Thank u st Lawrence!!

St. Lawrence Pools has been and continues to be the premium Pool and Hot Tub store along the St. Lawrence Seaway. I work for one of their vendor partners, BioGuard, for the last 20 years and worked for them for 8 years. It's always been a pleasure working with them and I enjoyed my time working there. They strive to give their customers the best experience possible and we are always working together to give their customers the best products and value!

Nice, knowledgeable staff anytime i have been. The program they have for opening the pool is great when your inexperienced. Can save you so.e time and money in the long run.

Been shopping at the Kingston location for years and was in Brockville and stopped at this store. Please, please, please check your receipts when leaving this store. Dropped in to get supplies for our rec room and was over charged based on the price marked on their product. Went back into the store and it seemed like I was disturbing the workers in the store. Never even corrected the issue. Never, ever going back in that store. Will go the extra mile and shop in Kingston

After several service calls and a new spa kit for my hot tub, I called for a pump issue. I watched their Serviceman turn a saw blade upside down to cut off a bracket. The following few days 3 ppl got in the tub and I noticed it was split in the bottom. Manager came out and said since it was an older tub , he felt the split was already there

Not impressed today was day for spa pack install. They called over a week ago to confirm the spa pack was in, booked install date, I went to kingston to pick up the pump for install today, to get a call this morning the spa pack confirmed a week ago in, suddenly went somewhere else. Not happy. Ensure if you buy here they visually see your item.

St.Lawrence Pools has provided me with superb customer service. Recently I had an issue with a product that was purchased here. I tried multiple times to contact the American manufacturer and was continually frustrated with no results. I told my story to St.Lawrence Pools and within 3 days, I received a call from the president of the Canadian division of the manufacturing company. I was expecting the same results that I has with their American counterparts. To my surprise and Joy, the Canadian division offered to replace my item free of charge. I was only expecting a fix!!! Without St.Lawrence Pools going to bat for me, I'm sure none of this would have happened. Well done St.Lawrence Pools, well done. This is the way all businesses should be run!

I bought a pool table at the Belleville location and the staff were helpful and gave me a great deal. Fast forward to the install day , the technicians were incredibly profesional and did an amazing job setting the table up. I would’ve been hard pressed to find a flaw in their work or a speck of dust after they cleaned up.Very happy with choosing them.
