Ball Refridgeration is our go to for our told that heating and cooling requirements. Our furnace blower/fan was making a ruckus in early July, right in the middle oh the hottest heat spell. We called for service and were in a 20 people waiting line. We understood, but SURPRISE, Ron Ball himself showed up within 1/2 hour. The fan was replaced and we were back in cool air. Thanks Ron!

Called for A/C repair and after relatively short trouble shooting found a disconnected wire in the thermostat. Checked the coolant pressures and temperatures and while not at 100% it was adequate for most needs. The unit is 2003. Gave some great advice re: options of evaporative sealant for a possible very small leak and minor top up of refrigerant and costing. A couple hundred bucks may keep it running better for a few seasons. Also gave estimate of eventual replacement costs. Saw a deficiency in the amount of uncovered wiring at the thermostat and fixed that to minimize the possibility of shorting out and causing another call. Very knowledgeable and helpful with lots of information to make my best personal decision. Absolutely no pressure to “buy” anything. Will definitely never go anywhere else.
