First off, I will say that we have worked with many renovators and handymen over the years, so I can certainly speak well on this subject. Adam came to help with a renovation on a rental unit that was terribly delayed by another 'contractor team' putting us at risk of not being done in time for the new tenants. Not only did Adam do great work, but he also was able to reach out to other trades to come and help get things done on time. He even showed up late at night a couple times when a problem became apparent with work that the previous people had done (ie a leak). Not only was he a great help, but he is also very kind and someone I would certainly trust in my home.
