We dealt with Jerry throughout the process and it was flawless. We had all windows at the front of our house replaced and they did great work. The guys installing did damage one of the smaller windows.. I get it, accidents do happen. They have ordered and new one and plan on doing a quick install once the window arrives which is a couple weeks out. I would highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors. I value honesty when it comes to people and their businesses and these guys have it. Thank you.

It took 150 days from the time we signed the contract to finally get 2 windows installed (they are not installed yet supposed to be here today) they showed up this morning with no ladder and 1 guy and our windows in the back of a truck. We requested a refund of our deposit around day 140 and were told no. Extremely unprofessional.
