Friendly courteous staff. Technicians are quick to arrive. They do excellent work. From cleaning to building your dream pool/deck area, they have staff qualified to do it all, start to finish. A quality team. Their Spa packages and deals are great as well. Plus billiards... right?!? Good place ????

We moved to Brockville at the beginning of the summer, and decided that we really wanted a hot tub for the new house. We first visited a different Pool & Spa place here in town, but weren't very happy with the quoted price, or the fact that they didn't do any of the work, i.e. laying the concrete or patio stones for the tub to sit on, and that they didn't even have an electrician to recommend for the hook-up. We then decided to try Carefree Pools, and are we ever glad we did. Rae was terrific, and took the time to show us some tubs, and explain in detail what features would work best for us. We were also very impressed with the line of tubs they carry, and that they're Canadian-made. We went ahead with the order and they have taken great care of us, from getting the concrete pad poured, to recommending a great electrician, to delivering the tub and getting it all set up for us. When it was delivered, Rae let us know that he had gotten us an upgraded tub at no extra cost, so we have the full light package and a pretty darn good-sounding Bluetooth stereo built right in - how great is that? Of course, the real test of a company's customer service comes when there's a problem, and we had one right out of the gate. The day it was delivered, I filled it up, but when I went out to turn off the hose once it was full, I realized it was leaking from somewhere under the tub. I called Rae and he had a couple of guys (Chris and Stuart) over at the house within 20 minutes - Chris found the problem and fixed it and we were good to go within the hour. That is what you call killer customer service! I can definitely recommend Rae and the whole team at Carefree, and look forward to a long relationship with them as we enjoy our new spa.
