What ended our very long patronage was the lack of moral integrity. Wouldn't advise if you care about your car's body work. While getting an order dumped into our new truck, the front loader dented our tailgate. The owner was supposed to call us back about it but instead left it to front end staff (guess it's not worth their time?) to tell us that they had a little sign on one of their windows that absolved them of all responsibility in the event that a customer's vehicle is damaged. 'Disappointing' doesn't even begin to describe this experience.
