Also complaining about a dangerous driver, who happened to cut me off on Glenmore road and flipped me off. Very dangerous driver that most likely will injure someone in an accident. Having such an aggressive and dangerous driver in one of your company vehicles doesn't look good on your business.

I leased a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the Dilworth area. I was fortunate to have a view in the new building. I would highly recommend this company.

Driver 05-463 almost hit myself and a pedestrian this morning driving East on 97 around 6:45AM. Did not signal into the next lane and sped up to duck around other vehicles. Highly dangerous and a threat to the community. Do not support this company until they take better actions towards keeping the people in our city safe.

I am renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo up in Dilworth Heights Community. The building I rent in, is less than a year old and everything is super clean and modern. I love it !! The area the condo is in is really family friendly with tons of hiking paths and parks everywhere. I have 2 children under 5 years old, so it's working out great for us. I would have given Dilworth Homes a perfect score, but unfortunately the one and only issue I have, is lack of storage. The sign for the building advertises On-Site Storage, so I believe there is a large storage locker for every unit in the building, but some tenants have just placed locks on lockers that don't belong to them. I'm sure that'll be figured out eventually, and then I will update my score to a 5 out of 5.

I liked this apartment building for the first 4 or 5 months then things just went downhill and continued to do so. In the 'secured' parkade storage lockers were being broken into, cars were being broken into and one was even stolen. During this thieving spree my car had an attempted break in as well. As a result of all these occurances the company changed the 'secure' parkade code along with a couple other minimal measures, however this did not stop the thieves from successfully breaking into my car for no reason as there was nothing valuable in there. So far out of the six tenants i have talked to here, five of them have had something happen to their property, i have yet to chat to all the building's tenants but so far it seems to be a common occurance(the one tenant that has not had property damaged or stolen has only recently moved in). There has not been enough done to provide any additional protection for tenants, i have suggested fobs since the code change has not eliminated property damage but have yet to get any kind of response. In addition, nothing was done after i advised the landlord that my vehicle had been broken into as well as telling her that as a family of four i no longer feel safe living here. Since my vehicle has been the only one that has been broken into since the code change it is apparently not enough to warrent any additional safety changes. No one deserves to feel anxious in their own place of residence but apparently that is not a concern that is shared with the company as i have not heard anything back for 3 weeks after sending my last email response. I feel duped by this company's false advertising as the secure parkade does not provide a safe environment to park and everytime i need to take garbage down or recycling down my heart pounds as i open the door to listen if i hear any kind of disturbance occuring. I am very dissappointed at the way concerns are handled, by that i mean, not handled. I DO NOT recommend living in Dilworth Heights.
