I was very happy and pleased with the work that Cody and Roger did at my rental property. They worked amazingly with my tenants! I had a very unique and difficult concrete job that entailed work that had to be done under a crawl space. They tackled it and were able to get the job done in a timely manner and the concrete work was top notch! I would highly recommend their services.

There were some issues with the concrete along the way but the owner Cody guaranteed their work, he held his word, and stuck with me until I was satisfied. I am not happy with the work that was done. We had our walkway and porch done last year. Not only did we have to clean up after the concreate was done, few months later the concreate cracked. I messaged Cody about it he assured me that he will come and take a look at what happened. Cody says that he stands by his work and he will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Unless you have a big job they will use you as a filler and leave you hanging. They were suppose to do our project in May but did not do it until mid June. I saved my money for a long time now everyday I see the cracks I just shake my head. What a disappointment. Lesson learned I will never pay the final instalment until the work is done properly.

Stamped concrete work and detail is good, finishing the job and communication is lacking. We finished the work ourselves cause we couldn't wait any longer. Disappointed but is what it is!

I hired Royal Construction to do work on my porch. A couple of months later, it started to crack in many places, some cracks are long and deep. Also, Cody dumped a large amount of leftover concrete into my garden bushes (see pictures), which I didn’t see until later when it killed all the plants. When I contacted Cody, he was very nice and promised me a 100% that he would fix the defective work. Since then, I have been trying many times to get the issue resulted. Cody has given numerous promises but he has never kept his word to fix this. His attitude with me is getting worse and worse. I’m a reasonable person have been very patient. He has pushed me over the limit and caused me a lot of stress. Never use this guy. He’s not only doing very poor quality work, he also has little or no professional ethics. I have attached a couple of pictures to show the truth.
