We bought a new house in Brantford and opted into getting an AC unit installed before we moved in for an extra 3 grand. So far we've gone through 3 different heat waves with no air conditioning. Our house is often much hotter than outside. We've had Reliant Climate Control (the ones who installed the unit) come out 3 times, and still have no luck with getting our AC unit working. They claimed that the unit is too small for the house, but you'd think we'd get at least SOME cooling even if it was too small. So they're going to replace it with a bigger unit. It's been almost a week (with outside temperatures reaching above 30 most days) and we still do not have a new unit or have working air conditioning. I'm beyond fed up with this company and am on the verge of getting a lawyer involved.

The service guys are top notch. We met 2 of them over the last few month. Only thing I had a issue with was there secretary. She was horrible. No Info that I told her mad it to the Tecs and her sechulding is a little bit of a nightmare.

We have used this company to repair our furnace and ac in the past. This year our ac stopped working on a long weekend. We called in and a service man came out within a few hours. He (Ryan) told us that the unit had very little freon left in it and the repair would not be worth doing as the unit was over 25 years old.We call in to the store and set up an appointment for a quote. The next day Sunday morning Robert the owner came out to look at the job.We decided to change the furnace and the ac also as the furnace was the same age as the ac. First thing Monday morning Roberts crew showed up and changed the units out. We are so happy with the new units, so quiet and the job was nice and clean. We have always been give great service from these guys and this was no exception.

I have a Napoleon BBQ it's 18 years old just got a new grill and heat reflector plate from Rob my burner and the rest of the BBQ are still mint I will never buy any other BBQ other than Napoleon, also Rob put my central air in my house 18 years ago and it's still rockin never been serviced .Thanks guy's

The company we had dealt with for 15 years wouldn’t answer their phone or return my calls when i needed them to come out on a weekend in February. They advertised an emergencey hot line. I called it three times and left a message. I decided to call a different company. I called Reliant and they had a repairman at the door three hours later. He was in and out in 15 minutes and our heat was back on. We will call Reliant again for sure.

We had a 25 year old Napoleon gas fire which was starting to give us problems. I talked to Rob and he came out and measured up, giving us a competitive quote which we accepted. The installers showed up on time, and were very patient and polite even though the chimney install was very problematic for them and took quite a lot of effort to complete. They worked right through it and had the fireplace installed in good time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. I would highly recommend Reliant (Rob, Dylan and Jake) and when my furnace and air conditioner need replacing I will certainly get them to quote first.
