We hired MBD construction to demolition and renovate the existing bathroom. From our very first meeting, Matthew was punctual , prompt and gave us a detailed quote with transparency in information. He answered all our questions and was very helpful through out the process. His crew is also very professional and punctual. Matthew is very detail oriented and knows exactly what he is doing. His work is of high quality and can be seen in the end result. Matthew started and finished the job on time. We would like to hire MBD constructions again for all our future projects and also recommend them to our friends and family

We found MBD Constructions through family that had priorly used MBD Construction for renovations. We got our basement finished by MBD Construction, roughly 400 square feet. Rec-room and three piece bathroom. The quote was very well laid out and gave us the exact information needed to see what things would cost. Can’t say enough good things about MBD Constructions. Workmanship is spot on, always punctual, and offers great suggestions along the way. We will use MBD Construction again but on a larger scale when we are looking at completing more work in future. If anybody is looking for a contractor you can trust look to Matthew at MBD Construction, you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say about Matthew and his crew? From the first day we met him, we were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the trade. He always kept his commitments whether it was to give a quote or pick something up. He is easily accessible whenever you need to get a hold of him. The day they actually started, we were impressed at the preparation that they took to cover and partition off the surrounding areas that they would be working at. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and moved everything off to the sides. The work itself was professionally done, no shortcuts and as promised. A lot of contractors may have the tools but lack the knowledge. MBD Construction, I can honestly say has both and more. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. We have already received many compliments about the quality of their work. Matthew always went above and beyond to help out and helped us finish another job that another “contractor” left us hanging with. Absolutely A+. You won’t regret using them.

Excellent workmanship by the owner Matt of MBD Construction and his employees. Matt gave me plenty of time to decide on flooring choices and the color of paint for my basement renovation in 2018. He was also very good at creating a timeline for the completion of the project and stuck to it. It was very helpful for me to have a firm schedule as it helped with my decision making for the project. Matt and his crew treated my renovation project as if it was being done for their own homes. I was very impressed with Matt's attention to fine details such as the positioning of doorways for easier access, lots of electrical outlets and proper lighting throughout. I really like that Matt took the extra time to paint the downstairs' banister with the same colors that are part of the new basement flooring. It is a very interesting custom detail! We are having MBD Construction back in 2019 for a bathroom renovation. Thanks Matt and employees again, for your professionalism and knowledge regarding construction and home renovations.

Matt is a phenomenal talent! We first worked with Matt on our extensive basement renovation (Matt was employed by another top-rated renovation company at them time). His work on the basement was incredible and quickly noticed that he was that companies 'right-hand man'. We loved the communication level and patience he possessed. As we worked through the design, we could tell MBD understood our vision, and then they did everything possible to make it a reality. Matt removed a tub surround and installed a walk-in shower. I love it!! His price was great, and he completed the job on time and budget. He cleaned everything as he went, put drop sheets everywhere. I will hire him again.

I called Matthew for a plumbing emergency, as he had recently come to my rental property for an estimate for another job. He came out within a couple of hours, after I called him, diagnosed the issue, and was then able to fix the problem;.....all in the same day! I definitely would encourage anyone to give him a try!
