The floor appears to be solid enough but they left it rough they left it un level. They ignored phone calls about the issue. Left messages with Chad and he didn’t call back. Waited a week and receive the bill. Very unprofessional work and very unprofessional behavior. Communication was very poor. Told me they would make it level but they sloped it towards the back corner which has no drain. 3/8” deep. He was not willing to admit nor rectify.

Got some work done from Lancaster construction was not happy with the job.Did not show up when he said he was going to show up did not finish the job after we paid him not return. Do not trust Chad Kaczur he makes promises he does not keep do yourself a favour use some other company would not recommend him.

Completely unprofessional company. They had some “weekend warriors” take down trees on their property. Not only did these people not have proper safety equipment or know how to use a chainsaw, but they dropped a tree that damaged our fence. My husband talked to these people about fixing our fence to which they replied “the fence isn’t on our property”! Come one people, you damage someone’s property, you FIX IT!

These guys were awesome.. best price given and i checked around... a lot... poured a 12x20 pad for me... looked after everything ..cribbing.. clean up.. and call back to tell me how to look after it in 30 degree weather... Thank you Chad and the boys... great job!

Sent them an email on January 22nd for a quote; called 3-4 times. Finally today, March 7th; after much chasing, I get the answer that they are unable to do the work...what a waste of time. Never again.....very poor communication skills.
