Best roofer! Gets the job done right!

We had our roof replaced last summer (2019)by Hanans Roofing. The roof started leaking onto the front porch in September 2019. I have received many promises from Chris that this will be made right - the quote I received was "just when you think you can leave a couple of guys to do an easy roof this happens, we will get this fixed up." It is June 2020 and we are still waiting for this to be "fixed up." This company is unresponsive to its Customers. I certainly would not recommend this roofing company.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his team at Hanan’s Roofing in Brantford. After we experienced some severe wind damage in the spring we were in need of a full replacement to our shingles. Because the damage was so severe in our neighborhood we struggled to find someone reputable who was available. Fast forward to late October and we still hadn’t been able to find anyone and with winter bearing down the tarps that had been protecting the fully exposed sections of the roof were now getting blown off and we were in trouble. I had met Chris and he had quoted our roof. Though he was booked solid he offered to find a way to help out. My wife and I liked him and his approach right away and when he offered to send a couple of guys to re-tarp the most ‘at risk’ parts of our roof and promised to find a way to fit us in before the snow came we made the leap of faith and we are extremely happy we did. The roof immediately got covered temporarily and a couple of weeks down the road, with snow in the forecast, Chris called my wife and told us he had a change in schedule that would allow him to do our roof the next day!! His crew were friendly and professional and did excellent work, and they worked well past dark cleaning up and came back promptly the next day to complete a few finishing tasks and the roof looks AMAZING! It’s a daunting prospect as a homeowner to spend that kind of money, but the risk to your home is even more daunting. It’s wonderful to find someone local to our community, who does such good work and treats customers the way we were treated. Thanks Chris!
