This is the worst renovation company I have ever encountered and this is coming from someone who has renovated multiple homes! I gave them the contract to build a roof structure on my pergola in March 2021 and now it is October 2021 and they still did not build it. We paid him $5500 (more than 50%), and now he refuses to work or give a refund. Also, in August the contractor, Richard, stopped picking my our phone or replying back to our text messages. In order to get a hold of him, I had to get my son to call on his phone. In that phone call Richard started accusing me for not paying for the permit, event hough I had a receipt by the city saying that I paid. In a subsequent phone call he started swearing at me and said, "I do not want to work with Indian people anymore". Now that we are requesting the money back he claims that the material he left at my home in March, and the little bit of wiring he did is worth $5500. The only wiring that was done is that my backyard light was removed and wire was added to my pergola. And the wood that he left in March is water damaged, which is not usable. Do not make the mistake of hiring them! The last review was likely just himself trying to get a good online presence.
