Vlad and his crew came in and removed the existing equipment and installed new very quickly and efficiently. The team was respectful and courteous of our home and cleaned up after themselves. On October 28 ,2021 Bell City Mechanical came to my house and did the winter cleaning check list on my furnace. They were on time and totally professional. They were very thorough. The crew that came were friendly and approachable when discussing my furnace. They spoke very highly of the company they work for and that says a lot for the owner and how he treats his employees. I have found this company to be very knowledgeable in this line of work. Most definitely anyone who has furnace or air conditioning problems this is the company to call. They are my go to person if I need them.

Our water heater had met its end. I was given the company's info through a friend that said Vlad does really good work. I contacted Vlad about a new water heater and to have it converted from electric to gas and he immediately responded to my request for a quote. We approved the quote and he was able to show up the next day with a new water heater and had it switched over to gas and installed. Vlad does great work and for our needs, had the installation done quickly. He was also great to talk with and did a walk through with me about the new water heater that included how to properly maintain the water heater for longevity. Can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend.

I regret purchasing my new furnace from this company, recently installed. I feel their workmanship was very poor and unprofessional. I paid a lot of money for this trane furnace and it looks like they installed used equipment. The gas piping is rusty the white vents are black and scuffed. It makes rattling noises while running. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Do not recommend them to anyone

Gave Vlad a call. He came out that day. He was punctual and very professional. I have felt with other guys and was never happy. They showed up to install a new furnace and a/c unit for me. He had drop sheets to protect my floors. They do real clean work and clean up after themselves. Very professional and very polite crew. . I highly recommend them to everyone. May not of been the cheapest but they were alot better then alot of companies and all workers were super friendly and answered all my questions and went over everything with me at the end. Sad to say that I can't really give a review of their performance, staff, knowledge, service or anything else. I called three times on August 20 - I left a voicemail on the third attempted call to say my central air conditioner was not running and that I'll need a repair. It's 11 days later and they STILL have never called me back! Thank goodness I found Brant Mechanical while I waited!! Tyler was wonderful on the phone and he assured me that help would arrive that same day but advised that it would likely be towards the end of the day. (It was hot as hell that day and they were very busy.) And yet within the hour, Tyler called to say a service technician was on their way. An hour after that, the run/start capacitor was replaced for an incredibly reasonable price and my house has been cool ever since! Kinda makes me glad that Bell City Mechanical dropped the ball because now I know to call Brant Mechanical. Thanks so much! :)

Our furnace blew on a cold Friday night, and Bell City Mechanical showed up within a half hour. Although we needed a new furnace, the owner was able to get our furnace going temporarily again until he could install a new unit. The owner, Vlad, is extremely polite, professional and friendly. He is very tidy when he works, showed up when he said he would, and provided amazing service throughout the entire process. I have already recommended Bell City Mechanical to many friends and will continue to do so.
