Only giving a 1 star cause there is no option for zero. I have called multiple times for a quote and although the lady answering the phone was very polite and kind. It was been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from them to arrange getting a quote. I would not recommend them as they are in no hurry for business.

Pete and Pete were sooo great at taking out the windows, putting the new ones in went above and beyond and we are so greatful! They talked with me and made me feel safe (as a women alone) with two strangers in my house!! Their windows were affordable and look amazing!! They cleaned up all of their mess even after one broke they vaccumed and made sure they got it all. Cannot day enough kind words about them!!

WOW! What an amazing experience! Right from the beginning the team at Allumination provided exceptional service from the detailed quote, planning process, to the instillation of our new siding with fusion stone, 2 inch hard foam, fascia, soffits and eaves. Quote: The initial contact was with Wilf, he set up a time in which he could come do measurements while we were at work and then another time when he could sit down with us to go over the details. This is where we were blown away, he had detailed sketches of our house with all the measurements and when we asked him specific questions he knew exactly what we were talking about; it was as if he had studied the details of the exterior to be prepared for all of our questions. We had several quotes done prior to choosing Allumination, and we chose them because it was clear from that they were professional and cared about customer service. Installation: We live in a home built in the late 50's/early 60's that has gone through a few different face lifts before we purchased. There was original wood siding and then aluminum siding strapped on top. The crew was meticulous at getting every piece of the old aluminum off and kept the job site as clean as possible. When the new material was put on you could tell the crew's level of expertise and craftsmanship. They spent the time to reinforce everything and even fixed caping on basement windows that were done by another company (we wish we would have known about Allumination prior to having our new windows installed). Side note: We have contractor friends that stopped by a few times during the installation and they were blown away by their level of work! Crew: Professional, polite, friendly and experts in their field. Toby, Peter and Paul were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. They were always on time and completed the job with exceptional results. The finishing detail was outstanding. We would recommend Allumination for any job you might have!

Had our sunroom closed in August 2018 by Allumination siding and windows. I cannot say enough about their professionalism from Wilf in sales and Pete in installations. Trustworthy and realistic in price puts you in good hands for your project.

I have called them twice and have asked for pricing, but have not been able to get a price from them. They keep on taking my details down and say they owner will contact me, but this does not happen. Very poor customer service. Not a good impression at all.

I called 2 times in the past month to have someone call me and come to my house to do work. Thousands and thousands of dollars of work I want to pay and for some reason I keep getting told that someone will call me and come by to look at the job yet no one ever does. Poor customer service.

This company did siding and windows for our neighbours. They dismantled the frame for our gate and did not replace it correctly. The workers looked like thugs. They were on our roof with NO permission given for them to be on our roof. They left behind mess! He (the neighbour) has had no luck contacting them for warranty work regarding a window or eaves troughs. They left the eaves trough extending out over the property line and it is leaking like crazy. We have had soil erosion under our walkway (poured concrete) due to this horrendous leak resulting in damage (cracking and shifting) to our walkway. We also have water in our basement. Refrain from doing business with this company and if you see them at your neighbour's house....warn them.
