Called last week to book and appt to look at our Tub Drain as it was leaking. Scheduled with him for Thursday Morning at 8 am. Fast forward to 830 AM Thursday.... I call and ask where they are. The answer I received was " i went out of town, go about your day and I'll call you when I'm on my way" hmmmm. Fast forward to today and what do you know... not a single call or heads up. Needless to say extremely unhappy with this company as they didnt have the decency to even call to advise they wouldnt be there at the scheduled time, or even to reschedule for that matter. It was even more disappointing as Nates Plumbing was referred to me by a co worker! If you want reliable and prompt plumbers.... seek elsewhere!

Have called him over the years for a few different things. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Love how he explains about the issue and how to fix it for next time. Reasonably priced as well. Wouldn’t go with anyone else in town.
