No contract put in place for work, we had no idea when crew would be coming, was not able to compete project in agreed time frame, so was replaced. Update: the walls that were redone down to the frame now have excess condensation present when outside temperature goes below freezing. This wasn't a problem prior. A lot of the work completed needs to be redone to correct this.
