I live rural, 30minutes south of Brandon, and had an issue this summer (2019) with my well. Called those guys to come out for inspection. After spending 20 minutes on my site, they weren't able to help at all (traveling without any parts) but charged me over $300 for this service call. Those were some very expensive shrugs.

We had our furnace replaced to a Lennox high efficiency model. Install was promptly completed by 2 knowledgeable installers. The upgraded wifi stat is really nice and user friendly. Great experience and recommend them to anyone

Was not pleased with the office lady Michelle, last year 2014 fall time my hot water tank went on us, i went through Manitoba Hydro for the loan , Michelle had told me she would send the paper work in my email and to fill it out and send back in which i did, i did not hear back from her and waited for weeks , unknownly i did not deal with Hydro for a loan and thought i was normal in waiting so long, i had also wanted them to install central air at the same time. I called the office weeks later to which regards was told she was on holidays i had asked the lady that answered she did not know what happened , i called Hydro and the lady was shocked to hear it had been weeks and the application was there ready and no one called them on my behalf which should have taken 1-2 business days had been weeks and by the time they came and installed my HWT it was to late to install my Central Air and told me to call back in the spring of 2015 and they would charge me the same amount for the central air as quoted at the time, in which i called last week to find the same attitude by the office women Michelle and said she would have to reassess the quote and i would have to come to the office to sign the paper work , i have explained that last year when they put in my HWT they have brought it to me to sign,in which i told her i do not drive and have copd and i could not , she was rude to me and seemed un empathetic to which i told her thanks ill have to go else where and she was short with me and said ok. None the less i had no problem finding another company Westside Plumbing and Heating that came in and out were dependable and reliable empathetic to my breathing difficulty and a pleasure to work with, i will never deal with Brandon Heating and Plumbing and will give them none of my friends a good word in which they lost out 3 jobs from me and my family this year .

I had a Brandon P&H pickup tailgate me this afternoon, couldn't even see his windshield wipers, when he went pass me he flipped me off. License was 12191, completely uncalled for. They should tell their people driving their vehicles that they represent the company.

I recently had a backwater valve and sump pit installed in my residence as a precautionary measure. The customer service was excellent starting from the quote right through the installation process and billing.
