I changed my furnace last month in both my house and my rental house and Ultra Built-in System did it for me. The services they rendered was exceptional, starting from their consultant Eric Ashrafi who took time even on the weekend to assess the status of my furnace, and the technicians who worked hard even when it was raining to complete the job of installing the lining and cover of my chimney and doing a exceptional job of replacing my furnace. I will recommend this company in case you need to assess your heating and cooling system. They are not the type of people who would carelessly suggest to change your furnace or air condition if it is not necessary.

Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us with our urgent air conditioner issue and booked a spot for us ASAP. A different HVAC company quoted us incredibly high prices and tried to use scare tactics and sales pitches to try to get us to buy multiple high-tech items at a 5-figure cost. We called Eric right after and he set things straight, telling us the truth about what we actually needed, and offering us a fair and affordable price for the air conditioner unit. Especially considering that the labour was included in the price, it was great to not have any hidden surprises or fees at the end of the job. Eric and his team did a fantastic job in installing the unit, working around the handicaps in our aging house. Very personable and nice to deal with - trustworthy. Warranty on parts and labour provided at no additional cost. Would highly recommend and will come back to him again in the future when it is time to replace our furnace and water heater.

My AC unfortunately broke down this summer during the first heat-wave of the season. It was a Trane unit that provided flawless performance for 17 years. I called Eric Ashrafi looking for replacement Trane products and he was able to offer some options for me. Since I am partial to using Trane products, I needed a factory authorized provider operating in the Brampton market. Ultra Built-In is an authorized reseller of Trane products. Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He is honest, caring and dealt with me in the most professional manner. He has been in business for many years and has a long list of happy customers to show for it. They were able to replace both my AC and furnace with two excellent Trane products in a few days so as to minimize the discomfort my family was enduring. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received and would highly recommend them without reservation to anyone is in the market for HVAC solutions.

Don't be lured in by their attractive prices. The horrible service makes them impossible to deal with. I ordered a humidifier and booked an appointment for install and no one showed up or even bothered to call me and reschedule/cancel! Very bad experience, I do NOT recommend!

Eric (Ultra owner)came to diagnose a problem I had been trying to get diagnosed and fixed with my central air conditioning for almost 2 years and a dozen on site calls He immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it I already had an existing air conditioning maintenance contract with another company and they came and finally came up with the same diagnosis as Eric's and fixed it as per Eric's diagnosis Eric did not charge us for the call or the diagnostic evaluation Now our home is nice and cool and the air conditioning is great! All I can say is excellent service, fast speed and great price. Called them today had a problem with my furnace, talk to a gentleman named Paul fantastic service had a guy show up within one hour to replace my parts. The installer was name was Paul very respectful polite and clean work highly recommend it. Great to see a business that I use 17 years ago still going strong great job guys!!!!!
