Jugraj did an excellent job with our basement. Someone who really knows what true customer service is. He goes above and beyond expectations. He is very professional, honest and keeps you posted about developments. There were some delays as expected which were beyond everyone’s control but overall it’s a five star for him. Don't call these guys, they will take your money and do nothing. They took a deposit from my mother and never came back to do the job. We called them for days and weeks and they kept lying that they will come to do the job. They never made an effort to come back. This was over a year ago.

This review is according to my personal experience with them,I wish I can give them zero stars,They are very unprofessional,They left my basement Incomplete,Just because I paid the money in the beginning,I have called them hundred of times and Request them to Finish the work they have leftover,And they never came,Now I have to pay thousand and Thousand dollars more just to get everything fixed.

Mr Jugraj Singh and his team are really a professional bunch of people. They were very detailed in their work and caused us minimal disruption while they were working on our basement. We bought a house with illegal basement (was our first time so realtor and lawyer lied to us) but Mr Singh helped us in our time of crisis and gave us a very affordable quote for legalizing our basement. Their workmanship is excellent and I love our new basement. I contacted a few contractors and Mr Singh was most professional, affordable, and understanding of our needs.
