Vasil was very prompt responding to the phone call and explained all the roofing options and gave a reasonable quote. These guys use quality roofing shingles. I had called these people for a quote on Monday, July 17, 2017... When the guy returned my call on Wednesday at 5pm he was extremely rude! I kindly advised him that we had already got a quote but thanked him for calling. To which I was greeted with, a reply of "Thank you for wasting my time!" I let him know that I was sorry, but it was Infact him who wasted time, and another company was faster then him, when he decided that arguing with me over the day I called (which I know was Monday) would be a good idea. I sarcastically thanked him for being so professional during this call, and to have a good night. What a rude, RUDE person, who I'm now thankful isn't going to do the work as god only knows what other arguing he would have done on site!

We chose Royal Roofs based on positive reviews both here on Google as well as on Homestars, and we weren't disappointed. We hired them on a Tuesday and Vasil and Mario were here with a crew of four by Friday morning 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The job entailed both roofs and carports of a duplex, but the guys were finished before lunchtime the next day. We love the GAF Timberline shaker-style shingles in Barkwood finish, and the guys did a great job on the install. We were never asked for money up front, and the guys even refused payment when offered at the end of Friday's workday, as they still had the carports to re-shingle the following day. I would highly recommend Royal Roofs to anyone.

Very poor service. Spoke to someone a week ago he took my address and said he would try and come the next day. I am still waiting, text and asked when he would come by two days later and I'm still waiting. Found someone else more reliable but tha is for wasting two days of roof diagnosing

I received multiple quotes for an urgent roof replacement as I had a recent leak and needed this done as soon as possible. I had some quotes from others that were lower cost but were also offering subpar service by cutting corners and omitting important steps of changing a roof and others that were completely out of my budget. Vasil arrived quickly after my call to take a look and in talking to him I immediately knew that I had found the right person for the job! He offers the perfect combination of customer service and professionalsm and all for a good value. I would like to express my appreciation of the commitment to the installation warranty Royal Roofing has given to us after they replaced our roof. After the recent devastating wind storm , we have lost a few patches of shingles from our roof. I stumble to Royal Roofing and called the number. I got a response immediately and told us to expect call the next day. and I got a call the next day and booked the date for new roof. The Royal Roof crew, did a good job of communicating when they going to arrive or delay the job because of bad weather. This shows that how much they care our home. I called Vasil as he had done roof replacement for my friend. So I knew he was reliable. His estimate was detailed and explained all the work. Was very happy and satisfied with the job he and his crew did. Most importantly I liked the quality of the shingles that he used, with high wind rating.
