DIL was very responsive and prompt from day one and gave a detailed quote. The whole team is very professional, patient and knows what they are doing. They went above and beyond and met all our expectations and even did things what was not even the part of roofing with no extra cost. Overall, They were very professional, responsive, on time and good value. I will definitely recommend their service. From start to end, I dealt only with Rythm. He was very prompt and responsive. Got my free quote in 2-3 days. After comparing the quotes from others, I decided to go with Real Blue Roofing because the quotes were competitive also they were very responsive. Material was delivered 3 days before the actual installation and it got delivered directly to the roof (I didn't know that they can do that lol) On the day of the installation, Rythm told me that they will start the work at 8. All of them were at my place by 7:45 AM. On time !!! They finished the work by 6. They took extra effort to clean all the debris. In fact they went to my neighbors backyard and clean their places too (just to make sure that there was no nail or anything) Overall it was hassle free experience and these guys were professional ????

Picture this… You’re waiting outside your friends home and you notice some guys put a ladder against the neighbours house, they climb up quickly, and then conduct a roof inspection within minutes... Well that’s what I saw when I first met the staff at JackWood Roofing, I was totally impressed! I guess the reason I was impressed is because I was actually looking for a roofing company to reshingle the roof of my home. I had spoken to four different companies but after speaking to the manager and based on what I saw that day, I already knew that I was going to give the business to JackWood Roofing. - they came gave me an estimate to reshuffle my roof. - they gave me an approximate date to do the job (weather permitting). - they came and started the job. - they cleaned up very well, including my neighbors property. They kept in contact with me and showed me their work throughout the installation plus they even took pictures of the roof so I can have it for my records. I was TOTALLY impressed with their staff and the work done. Even my nieghbours told me today that the roofers did an excellent job which is what prompted me to give this review.

They replaced my roof in North York area last Year. Dil was very professioanl and easy to work with. Several days ago, my neighbour was working with their contractor and this contractor told me there is a few missing roof shingles on my roof and offered me to fix it for 100 to 200 dollars. Because there is a warranty I called Dil and he came next day which was July 21 Thuesday to check and found out there is not even one missing shingle. My neighbour's contractor was working on the site so I asked him again and where is the impaired place and he said sorry I made a mistake. Such a Con man. Becareful and work with a good people.

I had my roof shingles replace with Owens Corning shingles by Real Blue Roofing this past September. When I was shopping for quotes their price was among the best. There were "Cash" guys that were cheaper, but I wanted to be sure that if there were problems that I would be looked after. When I contacted Real Blue Roofing, Dill replied with and email estimate that also included the WSIB clearance and his insurance paperwork. Dill was the only roofer that did this upfront. I mentioned to Dill that my roof was 21 years old and was in rough shape. Dill fit me into his schedule that week. The crew came and just about finished the job in 1 day. The next morning they tied up a couple of loose ends did a final cleanup and were done within a couple of hours. I did need them to comeback to free an antenna cable that was caught under a shingle and this was done without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Real Blue Roofing.

This was the second time I used Real Blue Roofing Services. I called them back in March when I need a roof vent replaced in a pinch before a rain storm. They showed up the same day and got the work done before the rain started. They were friendly and affordable. So, when the latest wind storm took some shingles off my roof near the side gutter, they set my clear choice to call again. They showed up as soon as they could (snow delayed our plans) and got the work done as expected. They sent pictures for me to verify the job afterwards, and once again they were very reasonable as far as price was concerned. Amazing, clean, prompt and professional service. I contacted Dill back in August to have a bathroom fan ventilation done in my ensuite through the attic, he came the very next morning and completed the install promptly. Last week I called him again for my main bathroom, he scheduled me for the next day and Lovejeet one of his employees showed up and completed the work both inside the attic and on the roof in a timely manner. Very please with the level of service they provided on both occasions!

I had a great experience with Blue Roofing from start to finish. Dil was on time to give an estimate. Even though he was busy he spent the time answering all my questions and went through the entire process. Unlike other estimators he went on to my roof to inspect it. Real Blue Roofing came in Nov 2021 to replace our roof due to previous roof leaks (one fixed perfectly by Real Blue Roofing, the other ones on different roof spots we decided it not to fix them, but to do a full roof replacement instead performed by the same company). The roofing team show up early morning (team of 6) and started working right away (shingles were already delivered the day before). One very good thing about this company is that they provide pictures before, during and after job completion, regardless if is just a roof leak or a roof replacement, in our case. I did observe a very good preparation before work started: tarps placed on the front lawn (covering my neighbor's one, as well) and between our house and the neighbor's one, as well (we have a semi-detached house), while the driveway was free for their equipment and the garbage bin. They lay down not just high quality shingles by Owen Cornings, but protective sheets under shingles, as well; roof plywood sheets were inspected and found to be good, however, they could replace up to 5 of them, as per our contract, if required; all roof vents were replaced with new ones, as well. Eavestroughs were inspected and found to be clean and in good condition, as well. During the roof replacement job, they were cleaning up continuously on the ground. No damage at all to our house or my neighbors'. The job was completed around 4 pm that day; extended clean-up around the house and driveway was professionally completed, followed by eavestroughs cleaning, as well. We are very happy with the job they did on our roof replacement, considering also their 10 years warranty on workmanship which includes lots of factors. By next day early morning I received quite a few pictures through a dedicated hyperlink provided by the company (some being attached to this review). Overall, we are very pleased with the job performed, as well as the interaction with the roof replacement team: well done and Thank you to all the team for such a great job! We've already recommended them to other friends, as well.
