Kitchen renovation invariably causes much inconvenience where the owner does not have access and use of their kitchen for several days. In some instances, weeks. But, with Karry we were amazed how quickly and painlessly everything was in place. Within days the project was completed. Cupboards, cabinetry, pantry, countertop and plumbing were all completed. Karry employees were punctual, clean – almost all construction was done offsite and assembly was without any hitch. Every piece of furniture fitted precisely, like a jig-saw-puzzle. Hardly any mess and clutter was left behind when the work day was over. We always had access to use our kitchen. As for the job, we are never more satisfied. We now have a fully functional and beautiful kitchen. Thank you Jody and your expert, professional and helpful craftsmen.

Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent customer service! We had a basement kitchen installed about a year ago (sorry for the delay). From the beginning, Jodi spent a lot of time with us providing quotes, answering questions, discussion options. She communicated with us efficiently every step of the way via email, phone or walk in. Rob did the install for us. He showed up on time, on the agreed upon date. He worked quickly, courteously and competently. The cabinets look beautiful, even the knobs were lined up well. The attention to detail truly shows in the work. There are many choices for kitchen materials (cabinets, counters, knobs, etc.) at Karry's. The price was quite a bit high but worth it in terms of the lack of headaches and good customer service. The colour of the cabinets came out a bit lighter and redder than the sample but still beautiful (going back I would have asked to see one panel before the rest were stained). The main reason I did not give them 5 stars is that the undermount double sink was installed with silicone only. There were some useless scraps of wood barely glued as some cheap attempt to provide "support". I don't know if this is the industry standard, but we purchased and installed our own undermount supports the next day. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with both Jodi and Rob, in future if I had to redo another kitchen, I would definitely give them a call.

After interviewing several contractors, we hired Karry Home Solutions to do a complete kitchen reno, wall tear down (load bearing), and new hardwood throughout in Feb 2018. We were exceptionally pleased with the result. We had some big asks, and Karry delivered without any issue. The crew was always on time, courteous and professional. The renovations were completed on time, and at the agreed price. No surprises. Jody and her crew handled the little inconveniences (there are always unforeseen issues), with professionalism. Would highly recommend.

This is the 1st time we have Karry Home Solutions. The design support we received helped us to establish the essence of what we were trying to achieve in a new Kitchen. We were given a detailed of what would happen each day. The work done matched that schedule - we are not used to that and appreciated it. Kitchen was done on time, on budget and is immaculate. My wife and I thank everyone at Karry who was involved.

I would NOT recommend Karry Kitchen/Home Solutions. I had a full bathroom renovation done by them. The cost was $33,000 to Karry which did not include fixtures, sinks, toilet, faucets, shower system. I purchased them separately (because Karry marks up the price at least 30% if you buy them from them) but they did install them and charge for that. The experience was not what their website suggests it would be and is therefore misleading. They were unprofessional, it was stressful, the trades were not managed, the tiler was totally inexperienced. When I was getting quotes, I was told the job would take 3 weeks but when I went to sign the contract is became 3 weeks plus 10-20 business days for fabrication of tempered glass and when the job was finally finished and what was able to be fixed was (which I had to beg for) the total time was 11 weeks. And after all that, I am left with even and chipped tiles (tiler didn't use a wet saw because he didn't have one) and compromised grout as it had to be redone. It is already starting to crack. They also had to redo a pocket door because they didn't centre it, but to fix it they had to cut the door frame larger which resulted in a hole in my carpeting. This was a very expensive undertaking not to mention the time involved and I am very disappointed with my Karry "experience".

We used Karry’s home solutions to renovate our kitchen, install baseboards throughout the house and carpet certain areas. We are more than pleased with the work that was completed, but more importantly, the level of service from Jody and her team is unlike anything that I have experienced with contractors. From understanding our design intentions to aligning/matching various products with our design concepts, Jody’s skill in this area is unmatched. To reflect this company’s dedication to customer service and satisfaction, when they accidentally scratched a dishwasher, they immediately purchased a new door and installed it for us. The main installer, Rob, works with great care, accuracy and speed. This is an outstanding company. Our only regret is that we will not be able to use them again because we are moving a significant distance away from the area they service.
