Called Delta T Heating & Cooling as my Air Conditioning wasn't working. Mr Lomesh turned up quickly within an hour, diagnosed and determined it was because of a faulty capacitor. Told me how much it is going to cost and fixed it quick. Next time very recently i had him at my home for my furnace maintenance which he promptly showed up on time. Did all the maintenance work to keep my furnace ready for the upcoming Canadian Winter. gave me some tips and even suggested i dont need to do certain things that cost a lot of money. Honest about what he charges and informs you upfront before you make a decision to utilize his services. No gimmicks or surprises. Very pleased and would definitely recommend his services for your HVAC needs.

Winter's just setting in and my furnace stopped working on the last long weekend. It was a big emergency for me as I have a 3 year old son. I called a few places that refused to provide weekend emergency service. As its my first house so I called someone that my family had been using and that company quoted me a big repair charge that just stunned me. Then luckily a friend referred me to Delta T. After I explained them the situation, They quickly came over to inspect the furnace and professionally explained the issue was just minor and it could have been avoided by an annual preventive maintenance. He charged me a fraction of the cost I had been quoted initially and made follow-up calls the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thank you for the help, honesty and courtesy during this emergency. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for weekend service, after hours service or any other services related to heating and cooling.

We have a problem with our AC and we booked an appointment with Delta T Heating...He came ahead of time and immediately checked our evaporator unit. He explained in detailed what could be the problem and he found it within a minute of checking the line. He replaced the damaged part and loaded it with refrigerant. I came home from work Friday night to see that my heating was not working. Even though it said they were closed, Lomesh still answered and came out to check the furnace. It took him no time at all to diagnose the problem.The motor was shot so he couldn't fix it that night, but said he would pick up the part first thing Monday morning when the distributor opens and install it. When Monday came around he called me and showed up within the hour. The part was installed and the heating was up and running within 20 minutes of him arriving. Lomesh's quality of work and customer service is top notch, he clearly takes pride in his work. Most importantly, he explains everything step-by-step which made me confident that he knew what he was doing and is honest about the work. I chose Lomesh after I had two visit estimates and one estimate without visit. I was looking for a new gas furnace and A/C replacement as well as consideration to replace my water heater with a tank-less one. Lomesh was the only one who methodically worked through the choices with clear and real pros and cons and, BTW, I stuck with my existing water tank. Regardless I hired Lomesh because the price was on comparison about the same but he was the best organized and competent in my view. The final result for the furnace and accessories and A/C replacement was beyond my expectations as really well and professionally finished.
