I usually don’t take the time to do reviews. So this says a lot. It’s the middle of winter and my old and tired furnace decided to take the plunge and go off to wherever furnaces go when they die. Azad gave me my options, accommodated my need for details (answered my million and one questions), was helpful and courteous and made it possible for me to get what I needed and wanted. Did I mention easy to trust? I guess in my case it worked both ways. Let me put it this way, call him and see for yourself. Or don’t, up to you. If you are looking for someone you can trust and that will help you without making you feel that their hands are in your pockets, I would highly recommend Azad (unless you like having other people’s hands in your pockets).

Very professional and knowledgeable, we had an issue in new house with the hot water not coming in and apparently builder installed the hot/cold shutoff valve upside down in wrong direction blocking all hot water, Canadian comfort not only diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue so we can have hot water in no time. Naturally during an extreme cold spell, our hot water tank dies. Azad, feeling bad for us, manages to squeeze us into his busy schedule. We decided to purchase a new tank. Easily the most trust-worthy and reliable technician. I had Reliance come by and flat out lie to my parents (I wasn't home), about why we needed to upgrade and buy/spend thousands on his advice. I asked for a second opinion and I couldn't have been more pleased.
