We have a 2-year-old home with a relatively complex HVAC system controlled by a home-automation system. It has 9 temperature zones, twin boilers, in-floor heating, 3 air handlers, 3 humidifiers, dehumidification, and heat recovery. The mechanical contractor was unable to resolve many issues during our first year of occupancy. Then, Heat Tech Mechanical methodically and efficiently went through the system and located contractor errors, including oversights from a commissioning consultant engaged prior to occupancy.
